Each apartment has a private kitchen, which is fully equipped, a private bathroom with a shower, toilet, hairdryer, towels and more. Na raspolaganju je i arboretum s mnoštvom ukrasnog bilja, sjenicom te prostorom za kavu, čitanje i roštiljanje. Kuća je smještena u Parku prirode Medvednica, u čijoj su blizini Specijalna bolnica za medicinsku rehabilitaciju te bazeni s termalnom, ljekovitom vodom.
