Apartment is situated in Podstrana, small seaside city of Split ,only 200 m far from the sea. In our beautiful Podstrana you have anything you need to have a great holiday(beaches,restaurants, bars,pizzerias,cafes,bakery,markets,fast food,pharmacy). The nearest marina is a 5 min. walk from the apartment. Also along the beach within 5 min. walk there is a large 5 star hotel and casino where you can also enjoy a cup of espresso or drink an cocktail or just get an ice cream.

The spacious room that can fit 2 is a perfect getaway accomodation for couples. Located seconds away from the beach and surrounded with stunning views, this setting assures for a perfect stay in Podstrana. The friendly hosts are more than welcoming to any guests. The room also features covered outside sitting areas, perfect for a meal. The room is equiped with air conditioning. For beach relaxation we offer lounge chairs and parasols. NB: this unit doesn't have a kitchen!

It has a balcony with a beautiful view of the sea and islands. Parking is provided and free. The apartment is 15 minutes away by car from Split and Omis.

Pool is 10m and shared with other guests. Garden is big enough for sharing! Walk to the beach is 10min, restaurants 20min. Split center 10min by car. Ideal place for couples with 1 or 2 young kids.
