Offering a panoramic view of Stobreč Bay, and river mouth of Žrnovnica, Garden View Villa, just 500 m from nearby beach, offers ravishing view, but also offers comfortable and quiet garden space for private moments. This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Villa Four Brothers No.3 Middle Floor

Apartment No.3 is located on the 2nd floor and it have 80m2. It consists of two bedrooms with double beds. One of them have a makeup table and its own bathroom and exit to the balcony connecting the rest of the apartment. Also apartment have one more bathroom and toilet. Kitchen has a window overlooking the sea and high table and also there is dining table. The living room consists of couch and TV. From the living room you come out to a large spacious balcony. All rooms have air conditioning.
