Ferienunterkünfte mit Waschmaschine und Trockner in Politischer Bezirk Tulln

Schöne Wohnung, die trotz perfekte Lage direkt an der U-Bahn-Station sehr ruhig ist (Erdgeschoss mit Fenstern zum Innenhof, dadurch allerdings auch etwas dunkel). Ich habe mich besonders über die perfekt ausgestattete Küche gefreut, in der man prima eine Kleinigkeit kochen kann. Auch die Matratze und das Sofa fand ich sehr bequem. Die Kommunikation mit Supawadee lief sehr gut - obwohl sie zu der Zeit im Ausland war, konnte ich sie jederzeit erreichen. Und sie hat mir sogar die Kosten für eine Nacht erstattet, weil ich kurzfristig erst einen Tag später als gebucht anreisen konnte. Das einzige, was mich etwas betrübt hat, war, dass der Fernseher nicht ging. ;)

My stay at Dr. Afrim's place was great, with early (8.30 a.m. as there were no guests the day before) and very smooth self check-in, welcome fruits on the table and spotless clean apartment. The communication before and during the stay was very effective and helpful. The apartment has everything one may need: coffee and variety of tee; different shampoos and conditioner, toothpaste. The apartment is just some 5-minute walk from the line 3 metro stop, and this line brings you straight to the airport train at Langstrasse or to the Stephansdom in the heart of Vienna. Schönbrunn palace is just 20 minutes by foot down the hill. Thank you, Dr. Afrim, for the hospitality!

Fantastic accommodation in an ideal location! The host we interacted with was incredibly friendly and helpful. We also appreciated being able to leave our luggage after checkout, which was very convenient. Without a doubt, we’ll stay here again on our next trip to Vienna!

The apartment is in a great part of Vienna in a neighborhood that is only a 15 minute walk from downtown, the subway, and several tram stops. There are many wonderful restaurants, cafes, and shops just around the corner, yet the residence is peaceful and relaxing if someone wants to just hang out for the day. Ivett was an excellent and responsive host who went out of the way to help us out when our cab dropped us and our luggage several blocks from the apartment. We stayed there for 2 weeks and it and enjoyed our time there. We’re in Vienna occasionally and will rent the apartment again if it’s available.

Wir hatten schöne Tage in Wien. Die Wohnung ist zentral an der U-Bahn und Tram-Bahn gelegen und dennoch ruhig. Die Ausstattung ist klasse - von Geschirrspüler, Backofen, Bügeleisen, Mikrowelle, Föhn... ist alles da. Die Kommunikation mit Florian war sehr angenehm; wir hatten alle Infos, die wir brauchten. We had a wonderful stay! Clemens was very welcoming, helpful and organized. We loved the historical building with its paintings and beautiful light fixtures. It also had very modern amenities like a brand new dishwasher and washing machine, which was very helpful for our weeklong stay. The location was fantastic. So close to many restaurants, cafes, the museum quarter, grocery store and public transportation. I even went to a local yoga studio (Yoga Doktor) just 8 minutes away. Thank you Clemens!

Everything we needed for a great stay in Vienna. The house is not in the centre, but there lots of easy to use transport options right on your doorstep.

Gregor's place is perfectly located for people visiting IST Austria, it's a 5 min walk. The garden is very pleasant, and the neighborhood is very quiet and close to beautiful trails in the Viennese forest.

Catharina’s house is one of the most lovely places we’ve ever stayed! The moment we opened the door, we were amazed and felt right at home. It looked even better than the photos! The house is located in a private and quiet neighbourhood, with wonderful views of the mountains. A large supermarket is conveniently located less than minutes away by car. The kitchen had everything we needed, including some basics for cooking, which was very helpful. The smart lighting system took a bit of time to get used to, but all was fine. Catharina was very kind and responsive if there were any questions :) Hope to return one day to enjoy another stay here!

Ho adorato Silvia e la casa dal primo istante. Silvia è sempre disponibile. Inoltre ha 4 gatti adorabili che tengono molta compagnia (specialmente quello rosso). La camera è perfetta anche per un soggiorno lungo. Inoltre il giardino all’esterno è bellissimo. Luogo perfetto per chi vuole godersi del tempo in tranquillità. Caldamente consigliato.

A great place to stay! Christian welcomes us to his house after a long day on the bike. The place was beautiful an the little spa, with sauna and pool, more than we could have wished for. It is super easy to reach and a super market is also close by. Top!

We had a wonderful stay at Dajana’s property. The house was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, making it perfect for our family. Dajana and her husband was an excellent host—kind, responsive, and accommodating. The location was convenient for exploring Vienna, and we felt truly at home during our stay. Highly recommend staying here, and we would love to come back in the future!

Ein gelungener Wien Trip. Das Apartment liegt sehr ruhig in Hernals. Man ist schnell in der Innenstadt und auch in den umliegenden Heurigen. Die Einrichtung ist optimal. Es fehlt an Nichts. Auch die Kommunikation ist sehr gut. Immer wieder gerne.

What a great spot to base yourself in Vienna. Easy access to the subway, trams and even easy walking to many places. Christians apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. cosy, quiet and secure.

The apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable, perfect for our party of 4. It is conveniently located a short walk from the Metro station and tram stop with connections to the city. There are a couple of supermarkets close by too. Beds were very comfortable too. Stefan was an amazing host, super fast in responding to messages and even when we had an issue with hot water it was fixed within minutes. Would highly recommend and we’ll stay again if we’re ever back to Vienna.

The apartment was great; modern, stunning views (above the roofs of Vienna) and centrally located right outside the first district. Wilfried was super friendly and very responsive—when the apartment got a little cold we could call him and he instantly increased the temperature. It is definitely worth to rent again next time we’re back.

Wir sind immer sehr gerne im 18. Die Wohnung war perfekt. Alles sehr gut zu erreichen.

Die Wohnung gleich neben der U-Bahn, Tram- und Busstationen liegt etwa zwischen Stephansdom und Schloss Schönbrunn. Während einer Woche haben wir die Stadt Wien mit ihren unzähligen kulturellen Angeboten geniessen können. Wer etwas von Ottakring sehen und hören will, dem empfehlen wir das Video zum Song „Ottakring“ der Band Granada. Wir werden unseren Wienaufenthalt mit besten Erinnerungen nicht vergessen.

A spacious apartment in a quiet part of the city. Stayed here with my boyfriend and parents. The pull-out sofa was surprisingly very comfortable. Nearest metro station only 8 min walk away. Would recommend to stay here!
