Krk Queen of Kvarner

Beautiful renovated stone house from 18th century named by local newspaper as Queen of Kvarner. Situated in village Polje as one of the oldest village on island Krk. The village has a small market, church and organic farms with different authentic products ( cheese, vegetables, olive oil...) You can reach wild sandy beach - Petrinja bay just 1.3km from property. Kapazität 2+2, Größe 42 m2, mit einem großen eingezäunten Garten mit Kamin und einen beheiztes Schwimmbad (Mai-Oktober). Es liegt in einer ruhigen Straße in einem Einfamilienhaus im Erdgeschoss. Das Haus ist umgeben von Bäumen und mit Terrassen Wohnungen bieten einen freien Blick auf das Meer. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt, noch ist in der Wohnung zu rauchen. Die Wohnung ist neu gebaut und ist komplett ausgestattet und eingerichtet. Es ist möglich, für Menschen mit Behinderungen zuzugreifen.

Villa Mediterana is located on the beautiful island of Krk. It is only few kilometers away from the nearest beach. The villa offers space for 7 people in 3 bedrooms. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden and a private pool. There is also a covered terrace with a large table and a grill. There are two double rooms and one triple room on the first floor. The house has underfloor heating and all rooms are air conditioned. Each room has a television with a satellite receiver.

Das Haus mit eigenem Pool (bis 26.09., danach Poolsperre) ist nur 300 Meter vom Strand der Bucht von Murvenica entfernt. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen und liegt in einer sehr wenig bewohnten Gegend und mit 3 Schlafzimmern bietet es genug Platz für Familien mit Kindern. Für unsere Gäste bietet das Haus hat auch eine große Terrasse mit einem Grill und einen großen grünen Garten mit Olivenbäumen. Für E-Auto-Besitzer gibt es im Ort Šilo eine E-Ladesäule.

Das modern und luxuriös eingerichtete Apartment in Polje auf der Insel Krk bietet Platz für 4-6 Personen.
