Das schöne Ferienhaus befindet sich in Porat in der Nähe der Stadt Malinska. Es bietet Platz für 6–7 Personen und verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer auf zwei Etagen. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich ein Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch, eine Küche mit Essbereich, eine Speisekammer und ein WC. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich ein Doppelzimmer, zwei Schlafzimmer mit je zwei Einzelbetten, die zu einem Doppelbett zusammengestellt werden können, zwei Badezimmer mit Dusche und ein zusätzliches WC.
