Tiny house situated in Porto Pollo “ paradise of kite and windsurf”. It’s is a studio full equipped. Perfect for couple or small family, there is a queen bed and a sofa bed. From the covered patio you can watch a bay and a valley. The kitchen is full equipped ( microwave, coffee machine and boiler). A second shower is situated in the patio. Wi-Fi, tv, washing machine, air conditioner are even included. Moreover there is a private parking. It is 5 km far away to Palau and 35 km from Olbia.

L'appartamento, appena ristrutturato, si trova a pochissimi passi dal molo di Porto Cervo e all'interno del complesso della Promenade Du Port, condominio "Le Case del Porto". E' composto da luminoso soggiorno con un enorme divano che caratterizza l'ambiente, una cucina accessoriata a vista, 2 camere da letto, 1 bagno e un terrazzo con un piccolo scorcio sul mare. Cucina ben accessoriata (piano ad induzione, frigorifero, freezer, lavastoviglie, forno, macchina da caffè, stoviglie e vettovaglie).
