From the terrace on the northern part stretches a view on the town of Imotski and its beautiful Red and Blue lakes. In the courtyard, on the southern side there are the spacious swimming pool and a covered terace with barbeque and as of 2018 a multifunctional playground for tennis, and football.The centre of Imotski with shops, restaurants, post office and doctor's office is located 5 km away.

Der Swimming Pool bietet die Möglichkeit für eine Abkühlung an heissen Tagen, ausserdem stehen genügend Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Die Unterkunft ist geeignet für grössere Gruppen, Familien, aber auch Paare. Haustiere sind auch erlaubt.
