Ferienunterkünfte mit Kamin in Provinz Fermo

Nous avons passé une semaine absolument merveilleuse dans cette maison en Italie. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons eu la belle surprise de recevoir un panier d'accueil rempli de délicatesses préparées par nos hôtes, dont un gâteau fraîchement confectionné, tout simplement délicieux ! Une attention délicate qui a donné le ton parfait à notre séjour. La maison est superbe, parfaitement équipée et offre tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour sans souci. Le cadre est exceptionnel. Depuis la terrasse, nous avons pu profiter d’une vue imprenable sur la campagne italienne, idéale pour des moments de détente inoubliables. La sérénité des lieux nous a permis de nous déconnecter complètement et de savourer chaque instant. Nos hôtes ont fait preuve d'une grande disponibilité, toujours prêts à répondre à toutes nos questions ou à résoudre les moindres soucis. Nous repartons le cœur rempli de merveilleux souvenirs et avec l’envie certaine de revenir. Merci pour cette hospitalité exceptionnelle

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette jolie petite maison de campagne. Refaite à neuf, on y trouve tout le confort moderne à l'intérieur. Son point fort est la vue incroyable et magnifique de la campagne environnante dont on ne se lasse pas. C'est l'endroit idéal pour se ressourcer, déconnecter, admirer la vue et les étoiles et gouter au farniente. Le bord de mer reste facilement accessible et à quelques kilometres autour de jolis villages vous attendent pour deguster de bonnes glaces. La communication avec Katharina, et sur place avec Francesco qui nous a accueilli, a toujours été très facile. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

Het verblijf in Pollenza is ons goed bevallen, mede door de erg vriendelijke host, Paolo. Geweldig uitzicht over de heuvels van de Marken, charmant huis met veel karakter, maar daardoor erg eenvoudig qua keuken en badkamer. Maar wel de luxe van airco, ruime kamers, groot balkon en gezellige tuin. In de omgeving is veel te doen en het dorpje Pollenza is prachtig. Heerlijk genoten van een kopje koffie tussen de Italianen, erg vriendelijk.

Vacanza meravigliosa. La casa è curata ed arredata con molto gusto ed attenzione ai particolari. Pulita e ben accessoriata ci ha consentito di passare una vacanza nella quale ci siamo sentiti coccolati. Tutto perfetto Tania è un host molto gentile e pronta a condividere informazioni utili per vivere al meglio la vacanza a Torre di Palme e dintorni. Sicuramente ritorneremo.

Esperienza indimenticabile in un casale da sogno Abbiamo trascorso una notte in questo casale insieme ai miei amici e posso dire che è stata un'esperienza davvero speciale. La struttura è splendida, immersa nel verde e perfettamente curata nei minimi dettagli. L'atmosfera è accogliente e rilassante, ideale per chi cerca una pausa dalla routine quotidiana. Al nostro arrivo, siamo stati accolti in maniera impeccabile: il camino era già acceso, il che ha reso l'ingresso ancora più caloroso e accogliente. Abbiamo subito avvertito una sensazione di "casa" e la cortesia dei proprietari ha contribuito a rendere il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Ogni ambiente del casale, dalle camere alla zona giorno, è perfetto per trascorrere momenti di convivialità e relax. La location è ideale per chi ama la tranquillità, ma anche per chi cerca un punto di partenza per esplorare i dintorni. Senza dubbio, torneremo presto per rivivere questa magia. Consigliatissimo!

I had a wonderful stay! The spacious garden was a real highlight—my dog absolutely loved it and had so much space to play and relax. The location was also great, with easy access to the sea, which made our days even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. I truly appreciated the comfort and charm of the place, and would definitely love to come back!

I really can’t recommend it enough – we had an amazing time in an amazing location. The flat is big, lovely and has everything you need (incl. dishwasher and washing machine) as well as a huge terrace with absolutely stunning views of the Sibillini mountains and the town of Sarnarno. Simply a breathtaking sight to wake up to every morning. Pool is great – although shared, there are only two properties on the site, so it’s not shared by many, and is ideal for cooling off and relaxing. Fabio and Lucia (and the family) were wonderful – there for absolutely anything you need, but not in an obtrusive way: you’re left to enjoy your holiday. Sarnarno itself (15-20 minute walk away; 2 minutes by car) is lovely and has everything you need: supermarkets, bars, pizzerias, restaurants. I miss it as I write this review… There are also multiple other stunning places to visit in the area, all within an hour’s drive (or much less). It was everything I hoped it would be - and much more.

La nostra esperienza a "Sotto i Pini" è stata positiva. Luogo incantevole, tranquillo e pieno di fascino. L'alloggio è curato, non manca niente, per cui dobbiamo solo preoccuparci del cibo. E' la giusta soluzione per chi vuole coniugare mare e campagna, per trovare anche dei momenti di relax. Unico piccolo appunto, essendo stata una estate calda, in camera da letto si può soffrire un pò, a seconda delle abitudini di ciascuno di noi. Comunque, da provare, anche perchè Daniela è una perfetta padrona di casa e Roland un braccio destro efficiente.

L’alloggio del signor Fabio si è rivelato perfetto per le nostre esigenze di spostarci con l’auto tra Marche e Umbria con le nostre famiglie (che includono 4 bimbi). Gli spazi sono davvero ampi e confortevoli ed è presente tutto ciò che serve con alcuni extra piacevolissimi (tavolo da Ping pong e calcio balilla). L’accoglienza è stata resa perfetta dalla signora Liana che ci ha spiegato tutto chiaramente, si è mostrata sempre disponibile ed ha risolto brillantemente un inconveniente verificatosi con la caldaia. Facile da raggiungere, in posizione riservata ma non isolata e con parcheggio privato davanti all’ingresso. Super consigliato.

Prachtige omgeving en geweldig uitzicht. Zeer mooie plek om te verblijven. Het appartement was uitstekend, netjes en met alle voorzieningen aanwezigen. Leuke plekjes rondom het huis om te zitten. Het zwembad is ook heerlijk. Bob en Ian hebben ons hartelijk ontvangen en stonden altijd klaar om vragen te beantwoorden. De pizza-avond was heel gezellig, ook leuk om andere gasten te ontmoeten. Kortom: een aanrader!

Finalmente c'è ricapitato dopo tanto tempo di trovare un'accoglienza alla vecchia maniera... Com'era all'origine airbnb, dove incontravi di persona l'host e ti ospitava nella sua casa facendoti sentire accolto e a tuo agio. Così sono stati per noi Luigino e Lara, sua moglie, che ci hanno coccolato offrendoci i loro prodotti dell'orto, riempiendo casa di giochi per nostra figlia di due anni, consigliandoci posti da visitare etc... Ci siamo trovati benissimo Consigliatissimo!!! Loro li nominerei superhost❤️

Micaela è un host molto attenta e disponibile. Qualunque problema riscontrato è stato immediatamente risolto. Raramente si incontrano host così. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato tutto ciò che serviva, compresi dei generi alimentari freschissimi. L'appartamento è come descrizione, molto silenzioso e in una buona posizione. In 10 minuti di auto si arriva al mare. Non volendo utilizzare l'auto, nelle vicinanze c'è un bus che porta sia al mare, sia in centro città. Pensiamo di tornare ancora.

Dieses appartment und die Gegend waren mein absolutes highlight bisher auf unserer Italien Reise. Die Wohnung ist groß, charmant eingerichtet und belohnt einen ständig mit dieser tollen Aussicht. Der check-in war einfach, der Ofen lief schon als war kamen. Das verlassene Ski Dorf war ein kleines Erlebnis. Am Mittwochabend waren wir die einzigen Menschen dort. Die Wanderung auf die Monti Sibillini waren unfassbar schön. Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag ist, dass die Hinweise in der Wohnung auch auf Englisch irgendwo zu finden sein sollten. Und wenn ihr in den kalten Monaten kommt, unbedingt warme Hausschuhe mitnehmen, da der Boden sehr lange eiskalt war.

Wonderful location and home - cozy and comfortable with a spectacular view. We were traveling for a wedding in the area with a large group and the home was perfect for the 8 of us, but could have easily fit more. The host was very easy to work with, and we used translate phone apps a lot as we did not speak much Italian. Would stay here again if I was in the area.

We had a brilliant stay at Paola’s with our 9-month old baby. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed (including for our baby), the grounds and surrounding area is beautiful and lovely to wander around, and the views are incredible. We spent so much time on the balcony enjoying the views across the whole valley to the hilltop villages dotted everywhere and the sea in the distance. It’s also perfectly located for day trips in the car to lovely towns nearby (and the coast is only 20 mins away). Paola and Luca are such friendly and helpful hosts and we really enjoyed chatting with them. We would love to come back again and highly recommend this as a place to stay! Grazie mille

Bellissima vacanza in famiglia. La casa è esattamente come descritta, pulitissima e l’accoglienza e’ stata ottima. In cima ad una collina si gode di un favoloso panorama, vento che raffresca le giornate calde, e zone di ombra vicino alla piscina. Tutto perfetto!

Casa Lola proved to be a fantastic stay. The views from the house are spectacular and the amenities were of a very high standard. We much enjoyed the pool, the large kitchen and the various terraces. A great space for a large group to have a very relaxing holiday. Victoria was extremely helpful with local tips and introductions to some of her neighbours to help us out with various requests (one of her neighbours makes a great lasagne). All in all a great stay, and we might have to repeat the experience sometime.

Jane was very friendly and house is exactly as the description and the pictures. Is located in a very calm area. You definitely need a car to get to any shop or the city of Montegiorgio. The pool is really great and regularly cleaned. House is very comfortable and has fulfilled all our needs. It was very clean at our arrival. We enjoyed the view over the hills of the area of Montegiorgio. Tipps of Jane for the restaurants have been very useful and accurate. We enjoyed a lot our stay in Casa Isabela

Et vakkert hus i fantastisk landlige omgivelser. Dette er det perfekte huset for de som ønsker fred og ro. Verten Giampiero er en utrolig omgjengelig kar som ønsker å gi den beste opplevelsen når man bor i huset hans. Han svarer raskt og fikser det som trengs. Det eneste jeg har å utsette på oppholdet var at det ikke fremgikk av annonsen av at det var et eksternt anneks med 2 sengeplasser. Dette annekset burde oppgraderes grunnet et ganske omfattende fuktproblem. I tillegg fikk dessverre av 8 pers ørebetennelse den første uken grunnet for dårlig vannkvalitet i bassenget. Alt i alt var det likevel et fantastisk opphold der Gianpiero virkelig gjorde alt han kunne for at vi skulle trives.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem großen und schönen Haus. Katja und ihr Mann waren sehr hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation lief super. Es wurde sogar in den oberen Schlafzimmern noch eine Klimaanlage eingebaut, die uns angenehme Temperaturen während der Nacht beschert hat. Insgesamt ist das Haus sehr gut ausgestattet und für eine größere Familie sehr gut geeignet. Die Altstadt von Montefiore ist sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Insgesamt haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ho appena trascorso quattro giorni meravigliosi presso Villa Arzilla, totalmente immersa nella natura, nel silenzio e nella pace. La casa è bellissima e circondata da un grande giardino. C’è tutto ciò che serve, la cucina è molto fornita, un bel camino, libri, tre camere e due bagni, uno con vasca. La vista sulle colline e sulle montagne è magnifica…la Villa regala dolci risvegli e suggestivi tramonti. La Signora Sandra è stata molto gentile e disponibile, ha regalato a me e alla mia cagnolona quattro giorni di puro benessere.

Casa splendida per un weekend con amici. Spazio esterno ben curato. Casa disposta molto bene anche per convivenza con altre famiglie. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Wir hatten einen sehr tollen Aufenthalt! Das Haus war super geeignet für 10 Personen mit 2 kleinen Kindern (mehr wären auch möglich gewesen) und durch den Garten ein Paradies für uns. Da da Haus nicht klimatisiert ist, wird es in den Schlafzimmern auch Nachts teilweise nicht kühl, dafür gibt es aber in jedem Raum Ventilatoren. Der Pool ist ein wirklicher Traum. Vor allem die Kommunikation und Hilfsbereitschaft von Brians lokalem Mitarbeiter Andy war grandios - er hat uns sehr viele Tipps gegeben und bei allem umgehend geholfen :)
