Ferienunterkünfte mit Kamin in Province of La Spezia

Wir 8 (2 Familien mit je 2 kleinen Kindern) hatten eine fantastische Zeit in diesem wunderbaren Haus mit Traumsicht auf das Meer!! die Gegend ist atemberaubend, man kann das Cinque Terre gut mit dem Zug von Framura Bahnhof erkunden. die Wanderwege sind gut beschrieben und fantastisch! Die Betten im Zimmer sind frisch und sehr bequem, das Badezimmer gut und die Kleiderschränke bieten auch genug Stauraum. das kleind Dorf Framura ist zuckersüss und bietet eine der besten Pizzerias, eine Apotheke und zwei kleine Läden um das Notwendigste einzukaufen. kurz: wir kommen wieder, es war paradiesisch! :-) Caterina war stets verfügbar für Fragen , sehr netter, unkomplizierter Austausch, danke dir vielmals!

L'hébergement d'Anna est situé dans le petit village de Ponzo dont l'authenticité est ce que nous recherchons. Nous avons accédé aux 5 terre en voiture parce qu'à cette période, il n'y a pas beaucoup de monde. Nous avons randonné dans le magnifique écrin du parc des 5 terre. Merci à Anna, qui a été une hôte très réactive, attentive à notre bien être.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno molto piacevole nella casa di Alessandro. La casa era pulita, ben attrezzata e situata in una zona tranquilla e bellissima. Alessandro è stato un ospite molto gentile, disponibile e comunicativo. Anche quando abbiamo dovuto partire prima, tutto è andato senza problemi. Grazie di tutto, torneremmo volentieri!

Francesca a été une hôte accueillante et réactive. Le maison est majestueuse et le cadre exceptionnel, le temps y semble suspendu. La literie est excellente et nous avons trouvé une maison très propre. Il vous faudra une voiture pour circuler, la plage la plus proche est Levanto, qui se situe à 30 minutes de voiture. Pise et Gênes sont à 1h, les Cinque Terre à 30 min par Levanto (prendre le train ensuite). On s’est aussi baigné dans la rivière à côté (5 min en voiture).

Séjour comme dans la description, hôtes accueillants et flexibles sur l'horaire d'arrivée. Répondent aux messages et demandes de manière instantanée. Ils ont créé un super guide digital très complet et précis. je recommande vivement.

We hebben een aantal heerlijke dagen gehad. We bezochten Cinque Terre met de trein en lopend, we vonden Sestri Levante ook erg aangenaam en het centrum beloopbaar vanaf de gratis parkeerplaats bij het station in de buurt. Ons favoriete uitje was Portovenere. We hebben een tweetal prachtige wandelingen gemaakt naar een beekje en rondje bij Sestri Levante. Dit appartement is voor dagjes wandelen en stadjes bezoeken een heerlijke comfortabele uitvalsbasis. Heel hartelijk dank!

La casa ha un’atmosfera che ti fa sentire subito rilassato, con una vista mozzafiato che ci ha regalato momenti di pace e meraviglia. Il giardino è un vero angolo di felicità, perfetto per rilassarsi al sole o godersi la natura e il nostro cane lo ha semplicemente adorato, correndo libero e felice. Chiara è stata presente, disponibile e fonte di tanti suggerimenti sui dintorni. Molto apprezzati i sentieri di trekking CAI nelle immediate vicinanze. È uno di quei luoghi che ti restano nel cuore, e che speri di poter ritrovare ogni volta che hai bisogno di staccare davvero.

Está en una ubicación excepcional, cerca del centro, pero en una zona tranquila. La casa es hermosa, muy acogedora y cómoda. Los huéspedes, Maurizio y Carla, muy amables y atentos a cualquier requerimiento o problema. Monterosso es un destino maravilloso y un ecxelente punto de partida para recorrer las Cinque Terre.

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans le logement de Paola. Petit tips. Bien suivre les instructions données par Paola et ne pas suivre le gps aveuglément. La même rue existe mais au village d'à côté (Bonassola). Le logement est très bien situé en étant accessible en voiture ou en transport en commun tout en restant proche du centre ville. Paola nous a loué pour 10€ la semaine le pass résidant ce qui nous a permis de nous garer à 10 min du logement. Durant le séjour, nous avons marché ou pris le train. Des restaurants et un supermarché sont à côté. Le logement est très calme malgré sa position assez centrale. Prendre le petit déjeuner sur la petite terrasse est un vrai bonheur et permet de se sentir vraiment en vacances. Bref le logement de Paola est très bien situé, très agréable et a permis de passer un très bon séjour.

Tout était parfait ! Appartement extrêmement propre et très confortable. La vue est incroyable depuis les balcons. Situé proche de la charmante ville de Moneglia. On peut s’y rendre à pied. Malgré le temps un peu maussade nous avons pu passé un bon séjour. La communication avec le propriétaire est parfaite. Merci à Stéphano. Dès que possible nous reviendrons.

Fabio was a wonderful host! He met us at the train station in the evening after 8pm which was extremely helpful and kind and walked us the apartment which is only 3 minutes from the train station! He showed us places to go for breakfast and where to get groceries on our walk to the apartment and explained everything extremely thoroughly. The apartment itself was beautiful, clean, and perfect for our stay. We said we wished we could have stayed longer! Fabio was extremely clear in instructions and very accommodating, he even heard our plans and gave us personalized advice for our stay and the length we had to be able to have the best experience in La Spezia. It was a lovely stay, we highly recommend this apartment and Fabio as a host!!

Nilla’s home is in beautiful surroundings and comes fully equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The children were particularly fond of the private pool. Nilla and Manfredo are gracious hosts, always on hand to ensure your stay is as enjoyable as possible. We especially valued Nilla's suggestions on activities in the area. They were incredibly thoughtful, providing us with lemons from their garden and local wine during a warm day.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The location cannot be beat; 5 minute walk from the train station and the most amazing views. We visited all the villages in Cinque Terre and Monterosso was by far our favorite. The people, the restaurants, the laid back nature was exactly what we wanted. The train was not a bother at all; after the first night we didn't even hear it. The beds were both really comfortable, the bathroom was very large and the kitchen was the perfect size for us. I would say the couch was a bit uncomfortable but we didn't spend much time inside anyway. Fabrizio gave some great local recommendations as well and was very helpful. I would absolutely recommend this apartment.

We had a wonderful stay at Irma’s apartment. She was very communicative and answered all of my questions right away. The location of the apartment is very convenient and the train station is only a few minutes walk. Very clean and spacious. Free parking is available about a 7 minutes walk from the apartment. I would note there are stairs up to the apartment, if mobility is an issue. We had a great time and I highly recommend Irma’s apartment.

Francesco was super helpful, the apartment was extraordinarily clean, his recommendations were great and we felt welcome immediately. The apartment itself is super spacious and has all you need!

This villa is a gem, pictures don’t do it justice. The views are absolutely breathtaking….The house is fully equipped with everything we needed. We managed a trip to Florence and surrounding beaches which was recommended by the host. We could have stayed longer. I would definitely be back. My kids loved the pool and the little surrounding walking trials surrounding the villa. Only 1 hours drive from Pisa airport.

Simone ist ein toller Gastgeber, freundlicher Empfang, brachte uns zum Haus, hat alles erklärt und war immer erreichbar wenn es ein Problem gab. Spektakulär ist die Terrasse mit Blick auf die Bucht von La Spezia, allein diese ist der Grund das Haus unbedingt zu buchen. Das Haus selbst ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und man muß schon ein paar Kompromisse machen oder im positiven Sinne, es ist eine ältere Villa mit besonderem Flair.

This is the Italian coast dream. Amazing house with everything you need to enjoy this beautiful part of the world. Very special!

We had a great time in Giampis house. Beautiful garden with a nice swimming pool, and we especially liked the kitchen outside in the upper house, which we could use also when it was raining. Great surroundings, great view, walking distance to shops and good restaurants in the small, peaceful town La Gracie and 15 min walks to the more touristic, but beautiful Portovenere. A great base for tours in Cinque Terre, with ferry from Portovenere or bus into La Spezia and train from there. We came without car, no problem at all to get around. Giampaolo is very friendly and helpful and gave us good advices where to eat and to do our shopping, and how to get around. We will absolutely recommend Giampaolos place, either for a relaxing or for a sportive vacation, or even better, both!

Diletta was a great host. We sometimes had a bit of difficulty understanding the translated instructions from Italian to English. But she was always responding instantly with any questions we had. We loved her place! The most wonderful ambience, with fantastic views, and a very energetic climb up many stairs to arrive at a beautiful apartment.

Très jolie maison dans un magnifique environnement. Superbe vue. Calme et quiétude. Superbe séjour.

Alberto est très accueillant, à notre service, présent et discret. La maison est magnifique, dans un petit village de montagne, sur les hauteurs avec vue sur la mer et les petits villages perchés. 4 terrasses sont à notre disposition en fonction de l'ensoleillement. L'interieur de la maison est très chaleureux et très confort. A recommander.

Matteo’s Airbnb was great. It had everything our family needed to be comfortable for the week. The view is unbelievable and the walk to town is was a beautiful 15/20 min stroll. Matteo was always quick to reply if I had any questions. He is a great host. The outdoor space is also top notch it was wonderful to wake up to some coffee and the view. We definitely will be coming back to stay here. Thanks for having us !!!
