Stunning little apartment. Peaceful, clean and stylish. Right on the lake in the most beautiful gardens with private access to the water. Can’t wait to return.

Very comfortable and clean unit. It is hard to describe in words the beautiful view of the lake from this unit. I spent many nights looking out the kitchen window to the night view across the lake. The owner met and assisted with our luggage from the taxi both when we were coming and leaving. What more can you ask for.

Staying at Bellano and choosing this apartment was the one of the best decisions we made during our trip in Italy 🇮🇹 The town has a very local feel , very accessible to all of Lake Como . The apartment in overlooking the lake with fantastic views .Close to all public transport , supermarket and restaurants. Very clean tidy well equipped kitchen and comfortable bed Host very responsive and helpful, easy check in

Our only regret was not having more time to spend at this location! The view is incredible, and the location is convenient to some of the best restaurants we experienced in Italy. It very walkable, with many awesome sights nearby. Also, access to the ferry to visit other Lake Como locations was close and easy to use. The kitchen was well-appointed, and having a washer and dryer on site was very helpful. Giorgio was very thoughtful in helping us with our arrival. He also equipped the room with adapters that were helpful in connecting our electronics.

The hosts were very helpful and anticipated any questions or needs. Easy self-check in. Their apartment size was just right for 2 adults with a toddler for a 3 night stay, and very clean. We didn’t eat in so cannot comment on kitchen amenities for cooking. Nice crib provided at my request. We loved spending time on the sun terrace with our 2yr old daughter, and right across the street was access to a beach which she loved spending some time on. Just a short walk up the street was a good pizzeria and a few other restaurants with outside seating and great views. Downstairs was a restaurant where we also enjoyed coffee and fresh croissants in the morning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

Angela plus location plus Angela plus location can’t be beat:). And the apartment was perfect for us we stayed almost a week. It has everything. Bellagio is a crown jewel for good reason it lacks for nothing. Angela was beyond fantastic in every way possible. This is a must place to stay. But you already know that look at the reviews! We are just a pile on with more 5 star ratings to come!

We LOVE Bellagio Love. This was an amazing place. The apartment is very close and walkable to the ferry at San Giovanni , Villa Melzi and Gardens as well as to the center of Bellagio. There are plenty of hills and roads are tight but walkable. People who have trouble walking can take a handy, small tour train that stops near the apartment and will take you to sites in the town. The apartment is comfortable for four adults and well appointed. Clean!!! The pool was lovely. The Il Lombardia bike race came right by the house on Sunday, so Saturday evening was a bit noisy with activity but still exciting to be on the route.. The hosts were VERY helpful. Watch the videos they send to assist as they are necessary to make finding the apartment easier. This place made a life long dream of visiting Lago di Como even better! I hope we can return someday!

This location is a 10 minute walk to both the train station and the ferry terminal. The apartment has a lot of space with everything you need for a short to long term stay. Washing machine is a great benefit. Clear instructions for getting there were provided. We found Varenna to be a great spot to explore the area and close access to the train station made it easy to come and go.

We absolutely loved staying at Natalie’s. It was a perfect place for our family trip to Lake Como area. Very close to the ferries in Varenna with fantastic views of lake Como. We loved hanging out on the patio for happy hour and sunsets… sometimes it was hard to leave in order further explore Lake Como! Highly recommended.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Luigi très bien située au bord du lac de Côme . Tout était parfait, la maison très bien équipée et très propre et Luigi très aimable et de bon conseil. L endroit est merveilleux et paisible non loin de Milan et de Bergame mais un peu retiré pour pouvoir pleinement profiter du lac et du calme . Nous conseillons vraiment.

Had 4 fantastic nights at Andrea’s place, what a view! He was helpful in so many ways - lots of great local recommendations, the place was immaculate and the hot tub was lovely! We would definitely want to come and stay again at some point! Highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay at Il Terrazzino! The hosts were warm and welcoming, and the house was spotlessly clean with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view over the lake was absolutely stunning, and the location was perfect—peaceful, yet just a short drive to everything. We would definitely recommend it and would love to return!

Soggiorno fantastico, la casa è molto pulita in una zona tranquilla e vicina al centro di Gravedona, raggiungibile a piedi in 5 minuti. Il giardino intorno all’appartamento è davvero ampio con una veranda carinissima per fare cene con gli amici e in compagnia. Casa accessoriata di tutto, Nicola, il figlio di Monica davvero disponibile e gentile, attento alle nostre esigenze. Soggiorno impeccabile lo consiglio per una vacanza relax !

We had an amazing stay at Paola and Giorgio’s Lake House. We felt right at home. Giorgio met us and showed us the place and how to use the Italian coffee maker to make Italian coffee which we did twice a day. He showed us the 3-day itinerary that Paula had put together for us. We did almost everything on her write up including a walk around the outskirts of Bellagio and a day of ferrying to Varenna and Lenno. We went to the restaurants she recommended and enjoyed them very much. We had breakfast each day at an outdoor restaurant near the boats. This was one of our favorite trips and we would love to return to The Lake House. Thanks, Glenn and Kay

Luisella and her husband are exceptional hosts. They met us upon arrival where our driver from Milan dropped us off. They helped us with our luggage for the short walk. Luisella went over everything to do in the area, the perfect host! This is such a cute space with a gorgeous view of lake Como. The town Varenna is a very short and lovely walk from the home. We did a day trip to Bellagio, took the ferry from Varenna. Easy! Another day we did a private boat tour on an old Woody boat. Luisella recommended the company—what an exceptional experience!!! Luisella is quick to respond, is a local travel agent, and exceptional host. We LOVED our stay and felt like we were taken back in time staying in this space and village. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Lucina’s house was the absolute highlight of our holiday. Roberto’s warmth, generosity, and thoughtful touches – from wine and Easter treats to fresh croissants and firewood – made it truly unforgettable. The home is beautiful, cozy, and full of character. Thank you, Roberto, for making us feel so welcome. We’ll be recommending your wonderful place to all our friends (and reminding them to book early!). With gratitude from the Australian family – we hope to return one day!

With a week to spend on Lake Como, I wanted somewhere quiet and with personality. Nothing quite measured up until I found Teddy's place. It's on the top two floors with a lot of space and - the clincher - fantastic views of the lake from the sitting room, where I spent a lot of time. There is also a lot of privacy, despite being surrounded by other buildings. I really liked the location in Malgrate, which is walking distance from Lecco. There are several nice shops and restaurants on the road below the property, a good supermarket about 15 minutes walk away and a waterfront promenade that makes a nice running route. Teddie was a friendly and responsive host and was kind enough to drive me and my big bag to and from the station. Would recommend.

The apartment was perfect. Spacious, clean and in a great location. Only a short walk to the ferry port and right beside the train station. The host was very helpful and gave great local recommendations

This was an excellent four night stay at Gian’s place. First off, he is an awesome host. Super helpful with recommendations for restaurants and sights in the lake como area. Bellano is a wonderful location to discover Lake Como without the large crowds of the larger centres. Gian’s place was exactly as advertised and your money goes much further there than other places. Lots of nice restaurants in Bellano as well and very good value. Gian’s place has everything you need for a great stay in lake Como.

Très bon séjour dans le logement de Paola, fidèle à la description et très fonctionnel. De nombreuses attentions touchantes , une approche simple et amicale avec elle et son mari. Si vous souhaitez un calme absolue privilégiez une zone plus excentrée de la rue proche du parking. Le logement se situe au RDC de la maison où loge les propriétaire aux étages supérieurs. logement très bien situé avec vue sur le lac incroyable et proximité espace vert. Très bien équipé et propre. embarcadère à 20min par sentier au bord du lac pour partir sur la journée par bateau visiter Bellagio, Tremezzo, Varenna… Nous avons passé un excellent séjour sur cette fin avril avec la visite de magnifiques jardins. Nous recommandons !

Paola & Dante are such wonderful hosts. They offered us transfers to/fro train station which is a bonus especially after a 16.5hrs flight. Apt is spacious & clean with perfect location. Highly recommend!
