Appartamento ristrutturato nel 2020 contornato da oliveto e bosco, situato su sentiero escursionistico, parcheggio privato, ampi spazi esterni, vista lago e mare. 1 camera da letto matrimoniale, 1 soggiorno con divano letto, (123x189 cm.) TV, Mac+WiFi portatile, attrezzatura yoga, bagno con doccia, cucina equipaggiata. Zanzariere e climatizzatori. Piscina condivisa (diametro 3,5 m., 120 cm di profondità) nei mesi caldi. Le Muricciole, is a beautiful apartment recently restored in an old farmer's house on the sunny hills covered with olive orchards. Table,umbrella,armchairs allow to eat outside. It is at about 5 km from Lucca,medieval town, birth place of the opera composer Puccini. You can hike or bike ride on the river park, go to the seaside,only 20km away. You will like this place for the following reasons: light, intimacy, and peace. It is perfect for families, couples, groups, and people who work.

La casetta degli ospiti è sul fondo del nostro giardino. Ha un'entrata e una terrazza privata, è completamente autosufficiente. E' circondata da alberi da frutto, olivi, pini e molti fiori. Il luogo è silenzioso, adiacente alla vigna ed al bosco. Si possono fare belle passeggiate. La bellissima città di Lucca dista 3km. Il mio studio d’arte è in giardino, è aperto ai visitatori e siete i benvenuti
