Ferienunterkünfte mit Strandzugang in Province of Ogliastra

Schöne Wohnung für einen wunderbar erholsamen Aufenthalt in Sardinien. Die Bilder sagen alles... Taty und Luca sind gut erreichbar. Toller Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge, die Nähe zu Cagliari ist eine wunderbare Abwechslung zum beach life in der Umgebung. Sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt ;-))

L’apprtamento è a cinque minuti dalla spiaggia di S.Giovanni, paesino piccolo e tranquillo, ideale come base per esplorare le spiagge da S.Teodoro al golfo di Orosei. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, l’appartamento è semplice, pulito, funzionale e con tutti i comfort per una bella settimana di mare. Posto auto nel cortile (ma anche tanto spazio sulla strada). Massimo è stato molto disponibile per check in e consigli sulla zona.

Die Unterkunft, ist schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und es ist alles vorhanden was man in einer Ferienwohnung braucht. Der Balkon ist charmant und man ht den direkten Blick auf das Meer und man hört schön das Rauschen der Wellen.

Felt like we were part of a real village instead of a tourist resort. Alessandro was very helpful coordinating a boat trip of the beautiful coastline and recommending places to eat during the off season. The view from the second floor was calming and beautiful!

Es war, wie letztes Jahr, rundum fantastisch! Den bisherigen Bewertungen und Beschreibungen ist nichts beizufügen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Die Wohnung mit den beiden Terrassen, der Meerblick, der direkte Strandzugang, die Gartendusche sind einfach perfekt. Vielen herzlichen Dank, liebe Viviana, Bruna und Martino!

Appartement très agréable. Vue panoramique sur la baie. Place de parking gratuite réservée devant le logement. Belle décoration sur le thème maritime literie confortable, cuisine et salle de bain très fonctionnelles. salon avec vue sur la mer. Jacuzzi à bonne température et très confortable la plage est à 5 min à pieds et les restaurants à 10 min à pieds Borne de recharge électrique pour voiture à 10 min à pieds. We had a wonderful stay at Matteo's house, which is nestled on a hill surrounded by bushes and rocks, offering a truly private retreat. The beautiful views from the property added to the overall charm of our experience. There is decent outdoor space for sunbathing, complete with an outdoor shower and a grill, making it perfect for enjoying the sunshine. The spacious driveway can easily accommodate several cars, which is a great convenience. The sandy and quiet beach is only about a 20-minute walk away, enhancing the location's appeal. A lovely touch was the bottle of wine left by the owner, along with a few snacks, coffee, and tea, which we could enjoy for breakfast since this was our first stop and we hadn’t had a chance to buy any food on the way. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. However, we did encounter a little issue with water pressure, which might be problematic if you’re looking to wash your hair. Overall, it was a lovely getaway in a serene setting.

Logement idéal pour être au calme durant la periode hors saison. Magnifique emplacement, et la vallée était super belle. Possibilité de randonner, d'aller à la plage. Magasins à 15 min en voitute mais cela n'a pas été un soucis pour nous. Le jardin était clôturé, ce qui était parfait pour notre petit chien. Les voisins étaient très gentils. L'hôte est très présent et réponds à toutes nos questions. Je recommande cet emplacement.

Auch wenn wir nur zwei Nächte im Airbnb verbracht haben, hatten wir einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt! Das Airbnb hat uns sehr gefallen, alles wie beschrieben und der Garten war besonders schön! Im April hatten wir den Strand fast für uns allein. Baden war sogar möglich, also gerne Strandtücher mitnehmen. Zu Fuß erreichbare Restaurants gibt es in der Nebensaison nicht, jedoch konnten wir in der Küche sehr gut kochen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

This little bungalow was perfectly located by the beach where we spent the majority of our time. Cozy and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Leandro est un hôte exceptionnel. Il nous a attendu malgré notre retard. Il nous a indiqué comment tout fonctionnait dans la maison. Un panier d'accueil nous attendait avec des produits locaux. Cette maison est l'endroit idéal pour relaxer dans la paix et la beauté des lieux. Le centre-ville est à 15 minutes en voiture. Je recommande cette location sans réserves.

Super nettes Haus mit allem was man braucht, großer Garten mit Obstbäumen und totaler Ruhe! Schöner Strand in Gehweite und auch einige gute Restaurants! Pier war sehr hilfreich und stets super schnell in der Kommunikation. Wir hatten einmal ein Problem mit dem Wasser und seine sehr liebe Mutter ist gleich gekommen und hat das Problem behoben. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole. La vista dal terrazzo è impagabile. Ordine e pulizia erano eccellenti e l'host è sempre stato gentile e disponibile. Esperienza sicuramente da ripetere.

Das kleine Haus liegt perfekt um mit der Familie entspannte Strandferien zu machen. Das Häuschen bietet alles, was man braucht. Der Strand vor der Tür ist sehr schön. Der Kontakt vor Ort mit Marcus war sehr angenehm. Marcus hat uns persönlich und herzlich empfangen und uns alles gezeigt. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit, eine Wiederholung ist nicht auszuschliessen.

L’alloggio è molto curato e carino. Molto ben attrezzato e perfetto in ogni suo spazio compreso il parcheggio per l’auto. Molto luminoso con una terrazza bellissima che purtroppo, data la pioggia abbiamo potuto usare poco! Consigliatissimo

New remodel. Clean. Easy to find. Walking distance to the beach, port, restaurants. Be aware of problems with parking.We were unable to park our rental Fiat 500X at the property - with cars parked on the street there is no enough clearance to enter past the gate. Cala Gonone is a very popular town with limited parking. Smart car or a motorcycle can park there.

We had a lovely stay in Maria‘s appartment! It was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The beach and the supermarket as well as a couple restaurants were a quick walk away. Our only struggle was that the mattress did not feel the most comfortable to us. We absolutely loved everything else!

Beautiful view and easy to find. Close to the coast and shops. Parking is pretty tight to get in and out so be wary if you have a larger car. But would recommend very highly. Host was responsive and proactive. Had a great stay.

We had a lovely stay. A great location, close to some beautiful beaches and great restaurants. The apartment was very comfortable with an amazing view. A big thank you to Riccardo who was a great host, always quick to reply and had lots of recommendations for things to do and places to go in the local area.

This was our 2nd visit to apartment and it has been modernised, the bathroom which was really lovely. All new doors and windows and we noticed a new sofa too. We always enjoy our stay, the bed is super comfortable and have best sleep, I will miss this. The balcony is a generous size and has a lovely sea view. Nice enjoying morning coffee or aperitif of an evening gazing out to the ocean. The beach will take a 3/4 minutes to walk. All you need is catered for. I would not hesitate to recommend staying here. One of the best AirBnBs we have ever stayed at! If we come back to Sardegna, we'd love to stay here again, we felt at home straight away thanks to so many little details, highly recommended!
