Beautiful spacious place, just as in the photos, everything worked well and there is excellent wifi. Alessandro was there to meet us, even though we were delayed at the airport. He made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment is only 5 minutes from the station, and there are lots of nice places to eat and drink within walking distance. The locals were very friendly, and kind when we tried to speak Italian! Thank you for a lovely stay, Alessandro!

Sono rimasta molto soddisfatta dell' alloggio, estremamente pulito, soprattutto bagno e lenzuola. La casa ha tutto quello di cui si ha bisogno e Riccardo è una persona deliziosa, educato e molto gentile. All' esterno si trova un grazioso giardino, dove io personalmente ho fatto correre i miei cani in totale sicurezza. Grazie ancora

A Perfect Tuscan Escape in Montemurlo Our stay at this beautiful villa in Montemurlo was an unforgettable experience for our entire family. Truly an Amazing place if you look for peace in the middle of the forest. There is a train line 40min by walk to visit Bologna and Firenze. Many hikes around and a super friendly host! Will go back for sure!

Absolutely stunning cottage in the middle of the mountains. We needed a location close enough to Florence but able to reach some other day trip destinations. The picturesque location was remarkable and beyond the photos. The hosts Luigi and Desiree were incredibly hospitable and anticipated our needs. For sure the hike up and down from the AirBnb is not insignificant. It is a hard hike up. It was fine for our family but important to know. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable vacation in the mountains of Tuscany!

Wir (6 Erwachsene, 2 kleine Kinder) hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit. Wir haben den großen, gepflegten Garten mit Ausblick und den Pool genossen, sowie die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, den Grill und den Pizzasteinofen im Garten. Das Haus ist groß, komfortabel und sauber. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut und schnell erreichbar. Es ist nah an Florenz und anderen sehenswerten Städten. Die Kommunikation, der Check-in und - out verliefen unkompliziert, freundlich und reibungslos. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Io e i miei amici (gruppo di 6 persone) siamo stati bene. La casa è carina, ordinata e vicina a svariati sentieri dove fare passeggiate, e la cucina è molto fornita. La persona che ci ha accolto, inoltre, è stata molto gentile e disponibile. Le uniche scomodità della casa riguardano i bagni, che sono piccoli, e la stanza-seminterrato che è dislocata dalla casa principale; per gruppi non numerosi e per soggiorni brevi è perfetta

We spent 8 nights at Ignazio's place in Tobbiana. It is a spectacular location and the home is unique. It is high up on a hill. The mountain breeze and views from the windows are great. The roads up could be intimidating but Ignazio gave us great directions and met us personally to show us where to park our car ( in a very secure spot). During our stay we drove to see the Tuscan countryside and also went to Florence. The nearest train station, Montele-Agilina is a short drive and we found free parking easily, especially on the days we went in early (ie 7:30 am). As for the home, there are so many great things, we especially loved the shower (hot and strong), the kitchen (very clean and well equipped) and the patio where we could sit outside and enjoy the vista. La casa e l'esterno sono esattamente come nelle foto. Anche il panorama è stupendo. Noi l'abbiamo usata come punto d'appoggio per visitare Firenze, ma ci sarebbe piaciuto anche goderci la tranquillità della zona e le passeggiate lì. Consigliato!

C'est un endroit exceptionnel, tant par la gentillesse de Benedetta et Filippo que par la beauté de la maison et du lieu ! En posant mes valises, j'ai ressenti paix, calme et beauté. Les photos donnent vraiment l'ambiance du lieu. La maison est pleine de petits objets artistiques ou du temps passé, avec le sens du détail (Mon dessus de lit : un drap brodé d'un autre temps, à l'intérieur d'un tiroir : une vieille lettre d'autrefois...) Le jardin est à l'image du lieu : simple et beau comme une branche d'olivier. J'y ai dessiné tout le long du mois, le lieu est propice à la création. Cette maison est faite pour le bonheur !

Bella casa a pochissimi passi dal centro storico di Prato basta attraversare il bel ponte. Molto vicino alla stazione centrale. Casa spaziosa ed elegante.

Cadre magnifique, la maison a énormément de charme et les espaces sont bien repartis. Le jardin ainsi que la piscine sont très bien entretenus, nous avons pu profiter des différents espaces. Francesco est un hôte très accueillant, soucieux que tout se passe très bien. Le village à proximité est aussi très agréable , facile d’accès, avec des commerces de qualité et un glacier fantastique ! Nous avons passé une semaine très reposante, et pleine de bons moments autour de la piscine devant les vignes et les oliviers. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

A superb base for group taking part in UTMB Chianti race weekend (around 20 mins drive). The estate’s red wine was particularly tasty way of celebrating. Love to return when warmer to relax by the pool, and enjoy the stunning views.

What an amazing getaway from the busy parts of Italy! This villa is more than you can imagine, with a beautiful view, phenomenal pool, big kitchen, and many private rooms. The lovely smells from the garden, particularly the rosemary, added a great touch!

La maison est vraiment magnifique et spacieuse dans un environnement paisible, le jardin est superbe et la vue exceptionnelle. Elle est idéalement située pour pour visiter les villes et villages de Toscane. Alec et Cristina sont charmants, ils nous ont accueillis avec un apéritif généreux (fromages, gateaux, chocolats, fruits et vin). Ils ont été très réactifs pour répondre à nos demandes. Nous avons passé un séjour parfait en famille

Wish we could live here! Everything was absolutely beautiful and Guili was the perfect hostess. She met us upon checkin and explained everything about her gorgeous home and where everything was. She even had homemade macaroons and wine for us as it was our anniversary and she made reservations at a delicious restaurant as well. Guiliana was so friendly and responsive, and the place was decorated so beautifully and the view was amazing. It really was a perfect place to stay while exploring the Tuscan countryside. We absolutely would stay here again. Highly recommend!

Photos qui correspondent entièrement a la description. La vue est a couper le souffle, la piscine est très bien et bien entretenue, le coin terrasse pour manger est très bien, surtout avec la vue sur la campagne toscane. L'intérieur du logement est vieillot mais correct. C'est paisible, on entend très peu de bruits. En quelques minutes à pied vous êtes dans le centre ville. Pour les propriétaires de chiens comme nous , il faut plutôt avoir un chien non fugueur et le surveiller un minimum. En effet, même un gros chien peut passer a travers la cloture présente. Le terrain est entièrement cloturé, a part 2 chemins qui donnent accès aux vignes, pas de route à ce niveau. Ces 2 chemins se trouvent vers l'arrière de la maison, il est donc possible de faire comprendre a son chien de rester plutôt sur l'avant, où il y a déjà pas mal d'espace. Concernant l'hôte, Franco est extrêmement réactif pour répondre à nos interrogations et très accueillant.

We spent a week at Il Vichiaccio and I already miss the house. The house was perfect for a family of 5 adults. We felt immediately at home, had all what we needed. The location and views are awsom, even more beautiful than in the pictures. Plenty of great wineries and restaurants in the ares. Beatrice is a great host, answered every question we had, gave us recommendations and even helped us when our daughter didn't feel well. We strongly recommend!
