Ferienunterkünfte mit überdachter Terrasse in Province of Prato

It was just amazing. It felt like a home away from home. The only down side if you’re like me, who likes to shower with boiling water, it runs out relatively quick for a group of 4. The rest of it was simply amazing!

Mooi appartement. Nieuwe keuken en mooie badkamer. 1 bed was wat aan de zachte kant. Het appartement is perfect bereikbaar met openbaar vervoer van en naar het centrum van Florence. Gratis parkeren in een nette wijk.

The photos do not do the apartment justice, the decor, the furniture, the attention to detail in the artwork and lightings was superb. It is so much bigger than the photos. The location is right by the city wall and easily accessible from a short walk to the centre of Prato - I loved the walk every day. The hosts were SO responsive and helpful with booking a taxi, the instructions were very clear for entry. I felt very much at home and had so so so much storage space for my things. The kitchen was big enough for what was needed and the buildings around the balcony and kitchen are so unique. My only recommendation would be for the shower to have more hot water. It runs cold for quite a while before getting hot and not for long - perhaps something that can be looked at for the pressure? Don’t let this deter you from booking here - you won’t regret it. I could move in tomorrow!

Een fantastische locatie in de buurt van verschillende winkels en restaurants. Alles is makkelijk bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer of op loopafstand. Een echte aanrader als je voor een paar dagen naar Florence toe wilt. Ik zou hier zeker terugkomen!

Wir (6 Erwachsene, 2 kleine Kinder) hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit. Wir haben den großen, gepflegten Garten mit Ausblick und den Pool genossen, sowie die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, den Grill und den Pizzasteinofen im Garten. Das Haus ist groß, komfortabel und sauber. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut und schnell erreichbar. Es ist nah an Florenz und anderen sehenswerten Städten. Die Kommunikation, der Check-in und - out verliefen unkompliziert, freundlich und reibungslos. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Io e i miei amici (gruppo di 6 persone) siamo stati bene. La casa è carina, ordinata e vicina a svariati sentieri dove fare passeggiate, e la cucina è molto fornita. La persona che ci ha accolto, inoltre, è stata molto gentile e disponibile. Le uniche scomodità della casa riguardano i bagni, che sono piccoli, e la stanza-seminterrato che è dislocata dalla casa principale; per gruppi non numerosi e per soggiorni brevi è perfetta

Wir haben sehr viel Glück gehabt, mit den Gastgebern. Ein unvergesslicher toller Gastgeber. Wir hatten nach einem Strandbesuch eine Autopanne Richtung Prata. Sie haben von der Abholung bis hin zur Autovermietung ihre ganzen zwei Tage für uns geopfert. So tolle Menschen, wir finden keine Worte dafür, um diese nette Familie zu beschreiben. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt, das wir nur allen an Herz legen können, sie werden nichts falsch machen mit einer Buchung in dieser Unterkunft. Super tolle luxuriöse Unterkunft, wunderbare Herzens liebe Menschen. Ich kann nur positives nennen und meine Wörter würden nicht ausreichen um diesen wundervollen Aufenthalt zu beschreiben. Wir werden definitiv gerne wiederkommen und nur weiterempfehlen.

Nous avons été bien accueilli par Giorgia, nous n'avons pas eu de difficulté à communiquer avec elle qui parle bien le français. Le logement était été nickel à notre arrivée et était bien équipé. Nous recommandons ce logement.

The place is ideal for people looking for peace and nature, though not very far from the village. The access road is narrow, but in good conditions. We did not have any problem with finding the location, as Google Maps led us there without fail. A small advice, as the mobile might now work outside the house, I would advise you call a bit before reaching so you do not get stuck outside the gate (there is not bell). The house has a beautiful view on Bilancino lake, surrounded by nature. A comfortable outdoor space, and a very spacious and well furnished kicthen. It is a country house, so it is possible to have a few small insects moving around. It is part of nature and cannot be avoided, notwithstanding the mosquito nets. Overall, a lovely place to stay, comfortable and peaceful

Io, mio marito e mia figlia di 5 mesi abbiamo soggiornato un week end nell'appartamento di Lorenzo e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Pulito, dotato di tutti i confort (anche quelli che non ti aspetteresti) e vicinissimo a piedi sia al centro che alla Stazione. Anche trovare parcheggio è stato super facile. Self check in semplicissimo. Lorenzo è stato sempre velocissimo nelle risposte ed ha accolto subito tutte le nostre richieste. Torneremo sicuramente!

It was a great stay, the apartment was clean, large and comfortable, looks exactly like on the photos. Stunning view from the terrace. Location is also great: not so far from the Santa Maria del Fiore, we walked there and it took 20-25 mins. The host was very friendly and responsive. We didn’t face any problems during our stay. Highly recommended

Overall the place was amazing, good location, and walkable to a lot of restaurants and bars. Siddik was very nice and respectful. The place was clean and the rooms were large, and the beds were VERY comfy. I would come back here in a heartbeat when visiting Florence again. The only thing was there were a lot of stairs to get to the top floor. So, if you have large or a lot of luggage, I hope you have some strength to get it up there.

Les 2 gros points forts de ce logement : l'emplacement car la ligne de bus et le tram pour le centre de Florence sont dans la rue, et le calme. Vraiment idéal pour laisser la voiture dans le parking privé et découvrir Florence. L'arrivée était très facile car Daniela a vraiment laissé les informations d'entrée pour le parking et l'appartement. Le logement correspond aux photos, il est propre et la terrasse est un bonus pour être bien au calme !! Merci Daniela

Deanna was a wonderful host. She gave us a lot of good recommendations for restaurants and sights. The apartment was very quaint and clean and suited our group of 4 perfectly. Her hospitality was amazing. Thank you for letting us experience your family home. The garden was beautiful!

Needed a quick, last-minute place to stay for the night in Florence, and this place was perfect! Host is super friendly and responds quickly. Right in the center of town too. Definitely recommend!

Antonio was the perfect host with his amazing condo along the river in Florence. Everything was as described. The views from the patio are to die for as you look across the river into the hillside, and you can see the Piazzele Michelangelo! The location is perfect. Everything is within walking distance and there are some great restaurants near by. He also provided Ana amazing list of recommendations for food, gelato, sites, and more. 10/10, would highly recommend and would stay here again if we ever come back to this beautiful city!

Stayed 3 nights in Florence and this apartment was beautiful! Great view of the city and so peaceful with a nice private patio area. Plenty of space for my partner and I as well, we felt right at home here! Downside: have to walk up 6 flights of stairs to get to the apartment (still worth it!) and the ceiling in the kitchen is pretty low, bumped my head a few times. Despite this though, the stay was amazing and had pretty much everything we needed! Would definitely stay here again.
