L'appartamento è molto grande, ideale per 4 persone. Ben arredato e spazioso, con la possibilità di parcheggiare all'interno della struttura (con un costo aggiuntivo). Francesco è un host molto premuroso e disponibile, ci ha dato tanti consigli per sfruttare al meglio le giornate passate ad Alghero e ci ha aiutato a risolvere un situazione problematica per noi. A piedi si raggiunge tutto, sotto l'appartamento c'è un buonissimo ristorante. Ci torneremo volentieri

Tolle Unterkunft im Herzen der Altstadt. Alles fusslaufig erreichbar. Parken ist kein Problem.

E’ stata una piacevole situazione…ho adorato la mattina dove oltre a Fabrizio e Jessica hai l’opportunità di conoscere altri ospiti in un contesto familiare…grande disponibilità da parte degli Host.

Salvo‘s place is a true treat in a very well maintained, lovely complex, that is best located in the heart of Porto Rotondo, only a 5 minutes walk from the port. Ist is equipped with all you need for a relaxing stay. You can walk to the beach near by or choose to explore any of the exceptional lovely beaches of the Costa Smeralda only a short drive away - there are plenty of them. Drink your morning cappuccio at the coffee bar, buy your groceries in the super market and take a swim in the pool after returning from the beach - all part of the complex. Salvo is a friendly host always available to help. We contacted Salvo after a 1st stay in 2019 to ask for availability and got his reply within minutes. This is a definite recommendation - is was after our 1st stay and still is after our 2nd.

Casa molto spaziosa e con tutto il necessario all'interno. a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro storico. Ottima per passare le vacanze ad Alghero

We had a nice stay! Fabrizio and his team are very nice and kind. He let us stay in the common area while waiting for the ferry to enjoy the last hours of our trip to La Maddalena. The location is perfect! I will definitely recommend.

We SO enjoyed our stay! The waves were a peaceful sound as we sat outside on the deck. The entire apartment was as described, modern and had everything we needed. The drive to town was short, and it made for a lovely leisurely walk along the water too. Would definitely recommend and stay again! Thank you 🤍

die Wohnung war in der Tat traumhaft! Richtig toll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit einem sehr grosszügigen Grundriss. Wir haben die wirklich spektakuläre Aussicht auf das Meer auf dem sehr windgeschützten Balkon ausserordentlich genossen! Es war auch toll, dass wir die Wohnung früher beziehen konnten! Einziger Tipp für künftige Gäste wäre ein eigenen Haarföhn mitzubringen, da der vorhandene nicht wirklich viel taugt… Wir danken Valentina und Damiano für eine tolle Woche!

We enjoyed four very relaxing nights in this lovely apartment at the southern end of Alghero, but an easy walk into town (20 mins). Very nicely appointed with excellent kitchen units and comfortable bedrooms, bathrooms etc. The terrace is lovely and the views out to sea (and the sunsets) were beautiful. Car parking in the basement and lift access to the flat were welcome and it was all very straightforward. Only slight issue in my mind is that it perhaps need a second comfortable chair or sofa as if 4 people were to stay together there would be limited opportunities to sit together inside. There is plenty of space for that!
