The apartment is just how it appears in the listing. It was easy to find and Sergio’s son met me outside before explaining the necessary bits of the apartment. There is a lovely walk along the riverside at the end of the street, countryside on the edge of the town and it is also only 10 minutes walk to the centre

Il soggiorno nella residenza di Matteo è stato un'ottima esperienza sia per la posizione centrale e vicina a tutti i servizi sia per l'ordine, la pulizia e la tranquillità. Piacevole è stato anche il calore del riscaldamento a pavimento. Apprezzato il parcheggio privato e facilmente raggiungibile con una rampa di scale che conduce al centro di Todi e da cui facilmente si accede all'alloggio. Sicuramente da consigliare.

Gli host sono stati molto ospitali. Oltre a darci consigli sui luoghi da visitare per assaporare i piatti tipici del territorio, sono ben attrezzati per ricaricare le macchine elettriche presso l'appartamento. Super consigliato!

Lovely quiet location with nice balcony looking out toward distant mountains. A 20min walk into town, but fine for us. There is a good bus service right around corner, and a huge shopping mall with lots of services. Claudia helped us out immediately when we needed. Bedroom and kitchen were fine. Tv had Netflix and Prime if needed. We really enjoyed our stay there and Terni itself, ideally located in a quiet place with great facilities . We used Terni as a mid way base to visit Rome and Assisi by train. Marmore falls area is also a great place to visit for a day, easy by bus from Terni.

Fiorella è accogliente e simpatica. La casa ha soddisfatto le nostre esigenze: è pulitissima, in un paese tranquillo con tutti i servizi essenziali ed è in una posizione strategica per visitare Orvieto, il lago di Bolsena e la Tuscia. Andateci, vivamente consigliata.

Siamo state un weekend nell’appartamento di Mira ed è stato un bellissimo soggiorno. L’appartamento è spazioso e molto pulito, fornito di tutto ciò che può servire (caffè, zucchero e spezie varie anche). La vista sul campanile, da cui dietro si scorge la montagna, rende il tutto più magico soprattutto di sera, momento in cui Narni diventa quasi incantata. Il rintocco delle campane è quello che ci vuole per vivere l’esperienza di questi posti che restano quasi fermi nel tempo. In sostanza, consigliatissimo!

Het appartement ligt op een topplek! En is goed te bereiken met de ondergrondse rolbaan. Spoleto is een mooie en gezellige stad. Gloria is een prima gastvrouw.

Daniele and Nicoletta were wonderful hosts - very responsive, kind, and helpful. The room was as beautiful as on the pictures, located in the heart of Orvieto. I had a great stay and would love to come back one day!

This was such a beautiful stay during my 3 weeks in Italy. I was truly taken with the mountains and beauty of the area. The home is very comfortable and peaceful. Luca and Vanna were helpful for me up on check in. I visited Marmore Fall, the lake and nearby villages. The walk down to the falls is downhill, but you can use the bus. Just check Google maps for the schedule and buy a ticket through the SOLGA app or on the bus with cash. I thought the local people were very friendly, despite me knowing no Italian. I didn't want to leave and really hope to come back to visit!

L'host Ginevra si presenta disponibile e affabile, ma quello che fa la differenza è l'appartamento: ci sono, è vero, tre piani da fare senza scale ma la vista dalla terrazza ripaga senza dubbio alcuno. Letti comodi, biancheria pulita e anche una coppia di ciabatte a disposizione. Piacevole promessa mantenuta, la macchina del caffè con le cialde. Non so se e quando torneremo a Viterbo, ma in tal caso questo appartamento sarà sicuramente in cima alla lista delle opzioni da valutare

il viaggio con mia figlia ad Amelia è stato memorabile..Dal paese a pochi minuti di macchina c'è la possibilità di vedere tanto altro di meraviglioso come le cascate delle marmore... Fabio è super disponibile e si metterà a vostra disposizione per accompagnarvi nell'appartamento, in più non vi farà mancare niente per le cose essenziali del bagno,della cucina e per la prima colazione...sono molto soddisfatto...

L'alloggio di Marco corrisponde in tutto alle foto. L'host è stato gentilissimo e ci ha offerto un check in flessibile che ci ha consentito di ultimare i nostri giri. La terrazza con vista lago è molto suggestiva e romantica. Io e la mia famiglia siamo stati solo 2 giorni, ma abbiamo trovato tutto ciò che ci occorreva e anche di più, compresi una ciotala ed un materassino per il mio cagnolino. Top. La zona è tranquilla, verde e ben servita. Ottimo punto di partenza per le cascate delle Marmore , Narni, Labro , San Gemini e altre mete note. Di certo ci ritorneremo . Grazie Marco.

Appartamento grazioso e confortevole situato in ottima posizione, vicino la Piazza del Mercato. All'interno abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario per il soggiorno: caffè, acqua, stuzzichini, utensili da cucina. Laura ci ha accolti di persona al nostro arrivo (il che non è da tutti) e ci ha indicato passo passo tramite un video dove parcheggiare e come arrivare all'appartamento in modo semplice e veloce.

Meraviglioso poter soggiornare in pieno centro, spostarsi a piedi come si preferisce e poter tornare a casa per rinfrescarsi quando lo si vuole. Ilia è una host cordiale, attenta alle esigenze e proattiva senza essere invadente. L’alloggio risponde pienamente alla descrizione, siamo stati davvero bene. Particolarmente graditi gli affacci sul verde e la quiete pur essendo in pieno centro. Ottimo soggiorno!

Casa in ottima posizione comoda per i vari spostamenti, pulitissima e ordinata.

Wie waren mit unseren beiden Töchtern (5+10 Jahre) dort. Ideal für Familie. Den Pool teilt man sich mit den anderen Wohnungen, ist aber nie überfüllt, oft waren wir alleine dort. Er ist gut unterhalten. Wichtig für uns, man hat von der kleinen Terasse direkte Sicht auf den Pool und hat so die Kinder im Auge. Die Wohnung selber liegt in einem Traum von einem Haus. Ruhig und idyllisch. Es gibt kein WLAN. Anfahrt hat 500m Schotterpiste. Beides hat uns nicht gestört. Todi ist 15' mit dem Auto entfernt. Gastgeberin reagiert sofort und effektiv auf jede Frage. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Rita’s lejlighed indeholdt alt det vi havde brug for . Flot indretning ,- skøn gårdhave med komfortable havemøbler . Fantastisk udsigt og solnedgang fra gårdhaven. Skøn pool. Borgo stille rolig kompleks med søde beboere,- der hjalp til, da vi havde brug for hjælp til bil. Byen Ficulle indeholdt flere gode restauranter og bar Tox god til aperitif . God og hurtig kommunikation med Rita .

Le logement est conforme aux photos. Le jardin et la piscine sont vraiment magnifiques pour se détendre et se reposer. Prévoyez le répulsif à moustique pour la fin de journée et la soirée. Nombreux sites et chateaux à visiter à proximité. Je vous conseille le restaurant Le Fenice à proximité (menu à 15€ avec entree, pizza, dessert et café).

Posto incantevole, abbiamo soggiornato per 2 giorni e approfittato della posizione per visitare Viterbo e la vicina Orvieto. L'appartamento spazioso, caldo e molto confortevole. (abbiamo utilizzato anche il camino). Torneremo sicuramente in primavera.

Rita was very welcoming! We do not speak Italian and Rita speaks very little English but she was so welcoming and the place was wonderful! She made sure we felt at home! Peaceful place to sleep and the view was wonderful! She also gave us a welcome basket with her olive oil from her farm! The price of the Airbnb is very reasonable, but she does charge a small fee if you use the ac/heater. We came at a perfect time of year and didn’t have to use it!

Appartamento grande, ben arredato e super accessoriato , immerso nella natura . Catia ed Aldo due super host, attenti ed amichevoli. Torneremo sicuramente.
