We had a lovely stay… I had to agree with Barbara that the construction was very loud and it was hard to relax in the pool with the sounds of lots of construction noise but those are things beyond the owners control. We love the location and thought it was a great house and the pool was phenomenal. We really enjoyed our stay and it was clean and really enjoyed the close proximity into town. Thanks again for letting us use your beautiful home!! I would definitely rent this home again in the future just due to the location. :)

We had a great stay with family. We were there for Thanksgiving gathering and it turned out nice. Thomas's property made us feel like we were at home. We were able to bring our pet with us and even he was comfortable! The home has nice views of Lake Travis and it is in a quiet neighborhood.

We had an amazing stay! The home is beautiful and comfortable and had everything we needed for our group of six. Travis helped us coordinate transportation to the home from a different Airbnb in PV and then to the airport. The driver was awesome. David met us at the home and gave a quick tour and was very helpful. We did end up renting a golf cart after walking the first day. We would definitely stay again!!

the place was great. Roberto was very responsive. We were a handful with lots of needs but we never felt like a burden.

We had a truly wonderful week staying in the Casa Grande. There is so much to do and see in Puerto Vallarta, but it was sometimes hard to leave the oasis Susan has created here! You inevitably do, but you really look forward to arriving back at the end of the day. The location, the amenities, and the hosting is unmatched. We especially enjoyed sunsets on the patio and time spent in the adjoining garden. Susan went above and beyond in many ways to make sure we had a great stay. Thank you - we can’t wait to return!

Laetitia’s place is located in the most perfect part of Sayulita - quiet, pristine north side. The apartment itself is so charming. Quaint, safe, and very quiet. It’s the perfect place to decompress after a full day in town. Easily walking distance to everything or just a golf cart ride away. Great shower pressure, ocean view from the patio and hammock. Appreciated all the little details!

Our 2nd visit to PVR, but 1st time staying in the RZ. It was great! A block off the beach, so much to do nearby, and surprisingly quiet at night. Really quiet! The condo was super, the rooftop fabulous, the staff friendly and helpful, and other people staying there were nice too. We would for sure stay here again.

Laetitia’s place was perfect for our trip to Sayulita! It was perfect location close to the beach, away from the noise and commotion of the square, but still super easy to walk or cart in for things to do! We got a golf cart for our trip and it was nice to have the parking spot right there. Everything was exactly as expected and the pool made it easy and convenient to get sunshine when we didn’t want to leave home. Would definitely stay here again!

The location is perfect, literally doesn't get any better. The balcony overlooks the Malecon boardwalk and ocean. You'll hear the surf crashing onto the rocky shore, see countless people from all walks of life going by, see pelicans and other sea birds, and several times we saw whales breaching in the distance. In the morning we loved drinking coffee and soaking in the vibrant city life, in the evening we watched the sunset across the ocean. There are literally hundreds of restaurants and shops within walking distance and the location literally doesn't get any better. The noise might be a deal breaker from some people. There is an open air bar next door that played live music from about 10 pm to 1:00 am on Fri, Sat and Sun. Even with the condo closed up it was about as load as having a TV going in your bedroom. There are Alexa units and fans in each BR for white noise. For me it was not issue, I can sleep with background noise, but it will be an issue for some people.

This is a wonderful unit! Every room is gorgeous, the beds are very comfortable, amazing deck and living room and well equipped kitchen. We loved staying at this unit and the building pools were incredible! It was a very quick walk into town, easy UBER as well. We had a masseuse come in one day (ask staff - her name was Lily) and a private chef one day, which was awesome. The only thing we didn't realize when booking was the having a restaurant on site meant we could not take our own snacks and drinks to the pool. It was fine, but it meant we went back to the suite often for food/drinks that were a bit healthier than those offered. The staff at the building were incredible and so helpful! You simply can't go wrong booking this unit.

Five stars all the way! Beautiful home, all we needed and more. Great neighborhood, lots of restaurants close by, and near the beach. Fabulous infinity pool on the roof. Highly recommend this spot!!

Really enjoyed the stay here. warning this condo is on a very steep hilly area, there are steps that help lead you to the street but do not book if you have a hard time climbing up and down. such a beautiful location with the sweetest local cats around and kind people. heated pool and jacuzzi. near a lot of great eats and near the beach. omar was super helpful, and even though the fridge was broken which was a small inconvenience he responded to the matter quickly. would stay here again 👍🏻

We very much appreciated our stay at Roeland’s condo. The space was clean, spacious, and well equipped, and a convenient location near enough to all the action but not so close that noise is a problem. (Note that it does face a school, so there may be some noise in the morning - easily rectified with a white noise app on your phone). The rooftop pool is worth the price alone! And the ocean view from the balcony is a special treat. Would be happy to stay there again.

We had an amazing time, and this place is absolutely gorgeous. Jorge and Alfredo were wonderful hosts. Pictures don’t do justice to the beauty of this space and the surrounding area. It is so inviting and serene, and it truly helped to make our trip something special. It’s just a short walk down the hill to all the shops, restaurants, and the beach. But honestly, between the private pool and amazing view, no one would blame you for staying in your room all day! Would highly recommend and will definitely be coming back.

We had a *fantastic* stay at Casa Kimberly Dawn! The condo is very clean and stylish and has everything one might need for an extended stay. The kitchen is very well equipped and the bed is extremely comfortable. Starting the day sipping coffee on the wrap-around patio and taking in the morning view of Banderas Bay was fantastic. This is an amazing apartment and we hope to stay here again when we're back in PV.
