Enjoyed the place extremely. New condo, clean, awesome shower and waher/dryer, nice patio and wonderful new kitchen. Pool was close to unit and very refreshing. Well worth the visit. Thanks Rose

The people and the environment is what made this place so nice to stay at. Everyone is nice and helpful in assisting or directing you in whatever you could need. Big show out to the gentleman by the name of Daniel. His character and knowledge was a joy to have.

El apartamento hermoso limpio y una impresionante vista a la playa y con acceso directo a la misma. Vielka con un exelente servicio. Todo el personal del complejo muy amigable y simpaticos.

He disfrutado de mi estancia, los departamentos son nuevos y muy bonitos . Carlos y las personas que trabajan con él han sido muy disponibles con migo. Definitivamente aconsejo alojarse en estos departamentos.

Volvería siempre que quisiera hospedarme en Cabarete, el apartamento es hermoso al igual que su entorno.

Aidin is a great property manager. This is the 2nd time that I am at one of his properties. Aidin is friendly, accessible and follows up. I would definitely use this or another of his properties.

Villa Esperanza is the perfect escape right in the heart of Sosua. The pool and jacuzzi are a whole vibe—clean, relaxing, and surrounded by a beautiful, siren-like backyard that makes you forget the world. The BBQ area next to the pool is ideal for chill evenings and good company. Donny was a great host—super responsive and helpful. Be sure to ask him about his taxi guy, Carlos. That man knows every corner of the island and is your go-to for airport rides and getting around like a local. Also, don’t leave without trying Donny’s chef. Trust me—dude whips it down. Best meals we had the whole trip. Highly recommend this spot. I’ll definitely be back.

Carlos place is clean and the neighbors are friendly. The rooftop has a great view of the city, mountains and ocean. The secretary Maria was always available if needed. Carlos is very responsive. My air conditioner stopped working and Carlos had someone come on the same day to repair it. That's almost unheard of in the Dominican Republic. The area has several restaurants and stores in walking distance. You will not need a car unless you are planning on doing a lot of site seeing around the city. I will be looking forward to staying again in the future.

The instructions was very clear and easy access. Quiet place with great view, Michal responded very fast to and delivered in shortly mannered.

Es un lugar estratégico, frente al mar, en una de las mejores playas de kitesurf. Aire de mar puro, el penthouse acogedor, limpio, grande y seguro. Dos de mis hijos estaban en una habitación que no tiene conexión con el nuestro pero está al lado y completo también pero pertenece al penthouse dependiendo de la cantidad de personas, muy cómodo y con todos los servicios. El ambiente de kitesurf se siente y sin duda regresaremos.

This was a amazing and beautiful place with great view.beach and pool walking distance. I loved it would recommend it and will come back again in July. The only one thing that I wasn’t satisfied with was that there was no hot water other then that amazing
