The Villa Šeherzada in Istria offer a deluxe combination consisting of a large swimming pool, a heated spa, an outdoor fitness and gym, table tennis, a basketball/volleyball court and children's playground. The house has a fully fenced yard, an outdoor grill and an unlimited Internet access. Apartments also have a beautiful square pool on the large sun terrace surrounded by nature with available sun loungers and shade. The guests also have an option of buying and also picking organic vegetables in the garden next to the house at a reasonable price. The Villa is located close to the bicycle paths and the historical quarry used to build the famous Pula Colosseum. The Villa is in a quiet and peaceful area away from traffic noise, with a large 5000m2 yard surrounded by beautiful, wild and unspoiled nature, ideal for relaxation. The nearest beach is only 2 km away, but the south of Istria offers plenty of other places with a beautiful unspoiled nature, and one of those places is a national park Kamenjak, which is only 6 km away. Shops, restaurants, stadium and many other attractions such as Colosseum, Temple of Augustus, and the Arch of Sergei are all located 4 km away from the apartments, in city of Pula.

As an elderly couple, we have 17 years of experience hosting this apartment. The apartment is located in a quiet, family neighborhood. 15 minutes walking distance from the beach and 20 minutes from the city center. The neighborhood contains 4 grocery shops and 3 restaurants. Since we are both in retirement, we can provide service almost 24/7. The apartment has 2 balconies to enjoy summer evenings, and an extra bed in case of young children. Breakfast and clothes washing/drying are possible.

The apartment is a beautiful spacious space with a light airy bedroom, a completely functional kitchen and a spa bathroom. The bedroom has a view of the Mirna valley, a double bed, a sofa that can be made into an extra bed (upon request), a flat TV, a coffee table with two chairs and a big wardrobe. The kitchen if fully functional with all the appliances and dishes. Kitchen towels, dish detergent and sponges are included. The bathroom has a spa shower and a jacuzzi bath for two.
