In der Umgebung der Villa befinden sich die Wohnungen, die in erster Linie für die Familienunterkunft geeignet sind und sie schaffen eine harmonische Atmosphäre. Wohnfläche: 150 m2. Die Hälfte des Hauses ist zu vermieten, nämlich die rechte Seite (vom Meer aus gesehen). Der Eigentümer wohnt auf der linken Seite.

Es hat zwei Schlafzimmer, mit einem Doppelbett und das andere mit zwei Einzelbetten. Im Wohnzimmer steht noch eine bequeme Ausziehcouch. Der beheizbare Pool steht ausschliesslich dem Gast zur Verfügung.
