I feel lucky to have booked Janet's garden home studio. It was so beautiful and had such a homey feeling to it. The enviornment as well was peaceful and stunning. More than that though-what made their home so inviting and peaceful to stay in was the energy Janet and her husband shared with me. They both gave me privacy but also welcomed me to see the inner workings of their beekeeping right on ther property which had always been something on my bucket list to see. They sent me home with a fresh jar of honey and a book that I will always remember them by for their beautiful generosity and kindess. If you're looking for both privacy and a home away from home, this is your gem.

Very comfortable and spacious. It may have been very hot in summer without air-conditioning, but we came in autumn, so it was comfortable, only needed the fan one day. It was very good to have a shower without water-saving shower heads, toilet without water-saving flush, and a good kitchen sink for washing up without bothering with a dishwasher. So we really liked the place, very spacious, which is hard to find nowadays. Parking on the street is restricted to 2 hours, but since we came for a weekend, the restrictions didn't apply after the first day.

Robert's place is in a beautiful, walkable part of Sydney that is easy to navigate between other parts of the city either via public transit or car. Plenty of street parking, local restaurants and cafes, a Saturday / Sunday farmer's market. Robert put plenty of personal touches like fruit, chocolate, and pristinely clean linens to make the place more welcoming. Highly recommend staying here, would stay again!

Kylie is a fantastic host — super responsive and easy to communicate with. The Airbnb is perfectly located, peaceful, and beautifully decorated. Such a lovely place — highly recommend!

Sarah's place was a great stay! We enjoyed the local beaches and the cafes. However, I would recommend visiting these places with a car as the distance back and forth is quite far. It is also a snug fit for 4 people, this Sarah had mentioned to us before hand. Overall, a good experience and a good weekend getaway!

We loved staying at Verity's place. The location was just what we were looking for with an easy walk to the Enmore Theatre and night-life on Enmore Road, but very peaceful to retreat to. The space was more spacious than expected and the bed was very comfy. Overall a great experience, would stay again.

Beautiful airbnb with lovely hosts! Avalon is a beautiful peaceful place and Elaine and Tom‘s place is just the perfect escape. The place itself was very lovely, even better in the pictures with great attention to detail and a lovely list of recommendations. Would come back anytime!

Perfect little studio for one person or a couple. Bed was very comfortable and it was nice to watch movies on rainy days. I loved eating breakfast with the birds every morning and there was nice pans and knives to cook with. I appreciated how Henry made sure the car I had rented would fit in the space as it was very tight and for leaving coins for the laundry room downstairs.

Wow, it felt like coming home. Lots of little touches from lights to plants, tea and coffee to bubble water. The place was super quiet a chance to hear nature at its finest. Platon was a delight and showed me the route to the beach and shops walking. Sitting by the pool and reading helped me recoup. A delight-thanks Bundeena. I'll be back.

A lovely hidden gem in Lewisham. Conveniently close to the airport, light rail, and train to the CBD—getting around was a breeze. The bed was super comfortable, the bathroom a great size, and having a garage was a real bonus. The garden added a nice touch of serenity. Would happily stay here again!

Really enjoyed my stay. it's a beautiful area and very well located. Good fun checking in through the lane way and entering a unique space that is beautifully decorated. would love to stay here again, had everything I needed for a short trip to Sydney.

We had such a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described. It was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed, yet peaceful enough to feel like a retreat. Sarah was incredibly welcoming and responsive, offering all the local products and making sure we had everything I needed. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing home away from home!

Immaculate is how I would describe Tess’s place! Such a beautiful apartment. Everything you could possibly need. So spacious and elegantly furnished with peaceful outlook. Tess was amazing and I only wished I could have stayed longer!

Beautiful apartment with everything you could need for a short Sydney break . Spotless and comfortable in everyway. Garden furniture for a quiet drink on the deck . Quiet area , with good transport links. Would highly recommend.

Our second stay and a great place to stay in Sydney's adjacent inner city. All the quality facilities we needed for a week+ long stay, including essential provisions (and a complementary bottle of wine 😀) Close to a great range of shops & facilities within easy walking distance in Annandale. Great transport links to the city and adjacent suburbs nearby. With family nearby, we will be back!

다년간 다녀본 에어비앤비 중 최고였습니다. Mary는 친절했고 숙소는 부족함이 없을 뿐 아니라 아늑하고 따뜻했어요! 저는 번화가 보다는 교통이 발달된 현지인들이 많이 사는 조용한 동네를 선호하는 사람이고 저랑 취향이 비슷한 분이라면 정말 마음에 드실거에요 :) 주변에 카페, 맛집, 마트 다 있고 노스 시드니에서 묵는 만큼 CBD까지 페리를 타고 다니는 낭만도 즐겨보세요!

Loved my stay at this Mosman gem;)! Thank you Belinda for a great stay, I really enjoyed your house and the few days I got to spend in it. Communication was great, the place felt luxurious and cozy and wish I could have stayed longer. Felt right at home! A personality touch both in decoration and in kitchen supplies etc. Two things worth mentioning that at least I didnt know beforehand; the owner lives in the back/on first floor of the house so occassionally you will hear someone/tv. The other thing is that the bathroom is- as mentioned- separate you have to go through an extra door/stairs. Both things are no reason to not book but just good to know! It didnt bother me. Book if you’ve got a chance!

Right across the road from the beach, down one end was Kurnell Dog Beach which is why we chose this location, but the other end, nice spot with cafes, lots of fishing spots and walking trails. Noni’s home was pet friendly which was the biggest drawer card besides being across the road. Easy access and so safe, which I miss living in a beachside town.

We loved our stay at Nadia’s cute little studio in Rosebery! The outdoor shower was a standout – such a lovely experience. The water pressure was amazing. it was hard to get out! Inside the studio, the bed was super comfy, and the big TV was a nice bonus. Nadia had everything ready – snacks, breakfast items, juice, water, coffee – it was all there and super convenient. She was a pleasure to chat with and the perfect host. We’ll definitely be back!

We've been on the trip for three months now, and we both say Sandra was the best and most welcoming host we've ever had on this trip. Everything is just right. You're perfectly connected to all the places, you have peace and quiet at night, you have a great bed. You have a beautiful garden. You have privacy. We were simply thrilled. It's a beautiful region, a beautiful district, where there's a lot of Restaurants and all this in this amazing town. 10 Point from 10

John’s Airbnb was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t have been better, just steps from the beach and close to great cafes, shops, and public transport. The space itself was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. What really made the experience stand out was John’s hospitality—he was incredibly accommodating and went out of his way to make sure we had a great time. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

John's royal suite bnb was a perfect little home away from home! We spent the weekend in Sydney to catch up with some friends and this was the perfect find! John was a lovely host, very proactive and clear with all his instructions leading up to our booking! The photos are exactly as it seems (and the dyson appliances are a great bonus). The location was nice and central, only a short walk to some nice cafes in Annadale and only about a 10-20 minute drive from the heart of Sydney made it convenient to catch up with friends! The Bnb is situated in a nice quiet neighbourhood which was perfect to come back to and relax/wind down after big days out! Air-conditioning and smart home systems made it super easy no muss no fuss when we were back! (Also a big fan of the natural lighting from the skylights in the bnb!) Overall a wonderful experience, absolutely no dramas! Thankyou John for being such a fantastic host! We'll definitely be back again!
