The apartment is located in a quiet oasis with free public parking in the old town in the center of Rijeka, right behind the Governor's Palace, 100 meters from the Maritime and History Museum of the Croatian Littoral, on the ground floor of a historic building, renovated with love. You can hike in the old forests of Kočevsko and Risnjak National Park as well as fly-fish in the Kolpa and Kupica river, or just enjoy in the garden.

Kuća raspolaže sa 52 m² u unutarnjeg prostora, a sastoji se od ulaznog prostora, wc-a s kupaonom, dnevnog boravka s blagovaonom, kuhinje i dvije spavaće sobe u potkrovlju. U dvorištu se nalazi zatvorena pečenjara sa velikim roštiljom i ražnjem. Imamo 2 bicikla za upotrebu.
