Ferienunterkünfte direkt am Strand in Rhodos

Nicola's place is in a fantastic spot in Lindos town, just outside of the busiest area but within a couple of minute's walk of the bustle of the main town with it's shopping, bars and restaurants, and just a few minute's walk to the main beaches and the acropolis. It's well equipped and suited us perfectly with two older teenage kids. It's worth mentioning that the master bedroom with en suite is up a set of cobbled outside stairs with no railings, and the roof terrace (which is lovely to sit out on in the evenings) also has no safety railings. So this house may not be suitable for families with small kids, or for older people who may struggle with the cobbles and outside stairs. I would also point out that Nicola's listing didn't mention the tourist tax which was introduced across Greece this year and amounts to 10 Euros per night, so an unexpected 70 Euros for us. That said, we had a really lovely week staying here in July and would definitely recommend Nicola's house to others.

Mein zweiwöchiger Aufenthalt ist vergangen wie im Flug. Es war ein Genuss, in eurem Haus zu wohnen. Die Ruhe, die unmittelbare Nähe zum Strand, der riesige Garten… Ich werde bestimmt wiederkommen! Vielen Dank für alles und die immer herzliche Kommunikation und Hilfsbereitschaft!

Das Haus von Rania ist wunderschön und liegt direkt an einem traumhaften Strand, nachts im Bett hört man das Rauschen der Wellen. Direkt am Haus gibt es mehrere Terrassen und Sitzmöglichkeiten, so hatten wir immer die Wahl zwischen Sonne und Schatten. Die Küche ist außergewöhlich gut ausgestattet. Alle Fenster und Türen haben stabile Fliegengitter. Die Kommunnikation mit Rania war sehr herzlich. Sie hat uns viele Tipps gegeben und nachgefragt, ob wir noch Wünsche haben. Wer die ruhige und ursprüngliche Seite der Insel erleben möchte, ist hier genau richtig.

Everything was great. The apartment is clean, located close to everything and is very well equipped. The host is particularly welcoming and attentive. I would definitely recommend this location and I would return to it

Вилла оснащена всем необходимым (и даже больше того) для комфортного отдыха. Сразу за виллой выход на тихий и безлюдный пляж, это просто райское место! Стефано очень приятный в общении и отзывчивый человек. Мы с семьей провели потрясающий отпуск, и будем рады вернуться сюда вновь. Горячо рекомендуем!

beautiful, relaxing place with your own beach at the end of the path. only wished the pool was heated for the time of year we went

very cozy apartment directly on the beach with a wonderful sea. air conditioning working very well, no problems with water/hot water. Tanja always very kind all the time even if she is in south Africa. I really recommend her apartment and Tanja as a friendly and serious host

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, man hat eine traumhafte Aussicht auf das Meer. Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen und sauber. Die Kommunikation lief sehr gut. Ermionir ist sehr nett und antwortet schnell. Man hat sich direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt. Vielen Dank☺️

A fabulous few days spent in the villa with our family. Our host was so attentive and kind. The villa was spotless and homely. Loved the peaceful area. We were out of season but still found a few local restaurants we could walk to and enjoy. A highlight was the short walk to the sea with a beautiful tree lined promenade. We are definitely going to visit again as it suited it so well and we felt very relaxed during our stay.

What a wonderful place to escape to. A beautiful home, amazing views, wonderful pool and hot tub. Very clean and well cared for. Saavas was incredibly helpful and friendly & accommodating. Can’t fault it at all. In fact I feel very lucky to have found these four nights as it’s booked up way in advance normally. A tiny piece of paradise. Taverna was closed next door but that just made it more peaceful (maybe noisier if open but still private) - such an interesting time of year before the season started - watching all the Greeks get everything ready for the season! Pool was cold but the hot tub was amazing and warm so was a great balance. Easter was a lovely time to visit especially as very lucky with the weather. Did get eaten alive the first night so beware of mosquitos but we found the special plugs, & were more cautious after that. Maybe it was early season, maybe the recent rain. Loved the Swallows and house martins that flew over for a period morning and evening Perfect…

Elias è sempre stato reattivo e gentile nelle sue risposte. la casa era stupenda e pulitissima. per via di un problema idraulico siamo stati spostati in un'altra casa della stessa zona, ma non abbiamo avuto alcun problema e anzi, siamo stati messi in una casa più bella e grande rispetto a quella che avevamo pagato.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Villa. Die Kommunikation mit Daffy war problemlos und er hat stets innerhalb von Minuten geantwortet. Beim Check-In wurden wir sehr freundlich begrüßt. Die Küche ist mit allen Geräten und Geschirr ausgestattet. Zum Empfang war gekühltes Wasser, Gemüse für einen Salat und Wein vorbereitet. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Très chouette séjour à la villa Costa Gennadi, nous étions 6, la maison est très bien équipée, la proximité avec la plage est parfait, et l’emplacement en général est parfait pour ceux qui n’aiment pas les zones agglomérées de touristes, nous allions dîner dans le village à 15min à pied et la plage était quasi à nous (très peu de monde, parfois personne). Nous recommandons sans hésiter cet Airbnb 🙂

Wir durften sehr spontan eine Woche in Marinas Apartment verbringen. Marina hat uns sehr herzlich begrüßt, wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist super, direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite ist der Strand. Da die Wohnung mit Balkon auf den Innenhof hinausgeht ist es sehr ruhig. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist direkt nebenan, dort kann man fürs Frühstück morgens frische Backwaren kaufen.

We had a wonderful stay. There was wine in the fridge and bread and spread and milk for the morning plus other goodies. Particularly good as we arrived well after the shops had closed. Wonderful pool, comfortable beds and easy to get to the beach with a slightly tough walk back uphill - but good for the fitness! Thoroughly recommended.

Wir haben 10 sehr schöne Tage im Casa Bonita verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liegt nah am Stand von Afantou, wo wir jeden Tag schwimmen waren im wunderschönen, sauberen Wasser. Die Zeit dort war klasse!

Everything went perfect! Location, comnunication, the house. When we needed something, we got response immediately. Great hospitaliry and we would love to visit again.

Fabulous location- 2 minutes stroll to the main beach & a short uphill walk to the centre of the village. Comfortable beds,clean sheets & towels. The mezzanine bed has access by steep wooden stairs so might be a bit tricky for a person with mobility problems as is the walk up steps to the village. the property is exactly as described and Avtlyon was extremely responsive to any questions - fabulous host. Wouldnt hesitate to stay again and recommend.

We stayed at Nikol's for 9 nights. and had a fabulous time. It had everything we needed for a wonderful holiday. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen well stocked and the lounge furniture has been updated from what the photos show. The outside space was amazing. Sunbeds, outdoor seating and patio table and chairs. The BBQ was fabulous and we enjoyed several evenings on the terrace overlooking the beach. Stegna is a perfect holiday location, great beach with fabulous snorkeling, perfect place for paddleboarding and exploring the coastline, lovely walks over the hillside to other beaches. We hired a car so explored further afield as well as enjoying the peace and quiet of beautiful Stegna. Thank you Nikol for sharing your wonderful house.

Die Unterkunft war großartig, authentisch und direkt am Strand gelegen. Despina und ihre Eltern waren großartige und äußerst liebenswerte Gastgeber. Die Empfehlungen für Restaurants, Parkplätze, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren aktuell und haben uns sehr viel weitergeholfen. Wir wollten am Ende gar nicht mehr weg und hatten auch das Gefühl,dass uns die Gastgeber fast nicht mehr weggehen lassen wollten. Großartige Gastfreundschaft und von uns allen eine absolute Empfehlung! Vielen Dank für alles!

Nous avons adoré séjourné ici. La vue mer est imprenable depuis l'appartement. Il y a de la place pour se garer dans la rue et la mer est à 2 minutes à peine à pied. À chaque fois que nous rentrons, nous avons été accueilli par le chien Bella qui est adorable. L'hôte nous a amené du raisin, de l'eau et des petits cadeaux pendant notre séjour, ce qui était adorable. De plus, nous avons pu arriver au logement dès le matin après notre vol Nous recommandons fortement ! ✨

We struggled to find the house in the dark. I recommend putting “Rhodes South Escape Plimiri” into google maps and you will see the sign to Stelios’s. I messaged Stelios when we were lost and he came out to find us and guided us to the house. The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable week. Stelios had bought a bottle of wine, some fruit juice, water and croissants for us on arrival which was very kind. He also came over with some warm cheese pastries for us, which we were grateful for as we arrived at 9pm. It was so peaceful and beautiful being so close to the beach. Stelios puts sunbeds and an umbrella down there for you to use. We spent the week exploring the island and didnt see much of Stelios, but we knew he was next door, or a phone call away if we needed him. We really appreciated the privacy. I would recommend Stelios’s place for anyone wanting a relaxing holiday or a base to explore Rhodes. Thank you so much!

Rene est un hôte formidable et la location est parfaitement située, propre, très bien entretenue on se sent comme chez soi ! Nous avons adoré séjourné là bas et regrettons de n’être pas restés plus longtemps. La maison est super et le jardin splendide avec un espace barbecue extraordinaire ! Rene est très prévenant et nous avions à notre grand surprise à l’arrivée tout ce dont nous avions besoin ! Fruits, beurre, Confiture, eau, bouteille de vin, sel, poivre, huile et j’en passe bref c’est très rare qu’un hôte vous laisse autant de choses ! Il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour faire le ménage aussi, des jeux pour enfant, hamac, chaises longues etc…allez y les yeux fermés vous ne serez pas déçus ! Et encore merci à René ☺️
