Villen als Ferienunterkünfte in Rhodos

La casa corrisponde esattamente alla descrizione ed alle fotografie ed è molto carina, moderna, funzionale e comoda. Molto bello e fruibile lo spazio esterno (solamente un po’ troppo esposto al sole, per un paio d’ore, la mattina). Zona molto tranquilla, ma con ristoranti a due passi. Accesso al mare sotto l’abitazione solo con scarpette da scoglio. Consiglio di aggiungere qualche stoviglia (bicchieri, piatti, posate) in quanto erano in numero troppo esiguo. Nel complesso un’ottima soluzione, anche per famiglie (noi eravamo in 4)

Just back from a great week in Rhodes. The villa is one of 3 on a small complex but is very private and perfectly located. Theologos itself is very small and we'd deliberately chosen to be south of the airport as the villages are quieter as you travel down the coast. We had a car which gave us great flexibility but there are enough amenities around and local transport possibilities that means it's not necessary. The pebble beach is an easy walk and the small pool in the villa is perfectly maintained. I'd recommend the villa to any groups or families who don't wish to be right in the heart of the busier towns heading towards Rhodes town, which incidentally was an easy 30 mins drive. Communications with Nikos and his brother were great and they were available if we needed anything. We had a late addition to our party who they accommodated with no fuss. All very enjoyable and we'd happily return.

Great villa with everything you need. Close to local supermarkets and restaurants. Staff were very helpful and polite and always ready to help if needed anything. We notified them that we had a baby with use and we were supplied with a cot and highchair for our stay. Thank you for a great stay would 100% book again when visiting Rhodes.

We had a wonderful time at this property and it met all our expectations. We rented all three buildings for each family that joined us. The place was very clean, well kept, the Cleaner and Pool staff were on top of everything. The host was extremely helpful in recommendations for restaurants, which all proved to be very, very good and helped us organize a private chef for a gathering we had with local family members and was truly the highlight of the trip. The host was proactive in taking care of any issues that would come up and was always there to help. One of our members locked the key in their suite and response was almost immediate. We are seriously considering staying there again next year and definitely highly recommend this place. I strongly recommend a rental car. Grocery stores are about five minutes away, good restaurants are fairly close. Rhodes is about 10 to 15 minutes away to the ferry and to the old castle. It’s about 50 minutes away from Lindo’s..

Вилла оснащена всем необходимым (и даже больше того) для комфортного отдыха. Сразу за виллой выход на тихий и безлюдный пляж, это просто райское место! Стефано очень приятный в общении и отзывчивый человек. Мы с семьей провели потрясающий отпуск, и будем рады вернуться сюда вновь. Горячо рекомендуем!

We had a fantastic time at the Medieval Villa - it is a beautiful, functional property in the perfect location. Ioannis and Katerina were very responsive and helpful before and during our stay. They were even kind enough to arrange airport transfers and meet us at the property on arrival and departure. We will definitely stay here again - it is an ideal property for a group holiday.

Stayed for 5 nights, lovely view and house in general. The host was very responsive and organised transport to and from the airport. 5 stars all round.

Wow... what a holiday experience! Villa Diaz was just stunning... beautiful inside and out, and exceptionally fitted out with everything we could possibly need (for both adults and children). Right from initial contact with Kostas regarding availability of the villa, he was an absolute dream host. So responsive, super friendly, and just lovely to speak with. He honestly couldn't have been more helpful or accommodating. He was there when we needed him, shared recommendations for places to visit, and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best holiday. Amazing!

Har vært på mange airbnb gjennom årene, men aldri opplevd lignende gjestfrihet og service som vi finn av Kostas og hans far George. Vi var der i en uke. Totalt 5 personer. Huset var skinnende rent, ALT var gjennomtenkt. De kom til og med og rengjorde en ekstra gang midt i uken for å skifte sengetøy og håndklær samt rengjøring!! Med slik service, hvem behøver hotell?? Fantastisk, anbefales for familier!

We had a lovely stay in the Sunny Rhodes Villa. It is a very nice modern villa with a large well fitted kitchen and living area. Very comfortable bedrooms all air conditioned. The pool area is sunny but with a shaded area at the bottom of the garden with mature trees which provide shade in the heat of day if required. George is a great host responding to all our enquires prior to our arrival within minutes. He provided a very generous welcome hamper. He dealt with any issues no matter however minor very promptly. We could not fault the villa or our host.

We had a relaxing week at Vasiliki's villa during the last week in April. It was clean, tidy and as per the photos. Water, juice and some food provisions in the fridge to get us started were a nice touch and very appreciated. The outdoor areas and pool were perfect, with a direct view to the sea just beyond. The area was quiet and peaceful but shops and tavernas are within easy walking distance, with plentiful restaurants within a short car drive. Unfortunately, the weather was not kind and we had 3 days of wind and rain with temperatures lower than normal, so were were not able to make use of the pool, beach or water activities (boats and jet ski hire is very local). However the villa was cosy and comfortable and we did venture out to explore other areas by car. We would not hesitate to recommend Vasiliki's villa and we would love to visit again in summer.

I had a wonderful stay at Momentum Villas in Rhodes! The heated pool was a real highlight, perfect for relaxing. The living and dining area was spacious and well-equipped for cooking and grilling. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, there was ample space for everyone. Everything was very clean, and the host’s service was truly exceptional. Highly recommend! Georgia was very accommodating, and the owner of Momentum Villas was also very kind and helpful, always offering us assistance whenever we needed it. Thank you for the wonderful stay

I stayed here for a week with my two children and this home exceeded all of our expectations. It is exactly as the photos if not better. Really very well equipped everything including plenty of towels, mats for the beach, board games bathroom amenities. Our flight arrived at 10pm and Evi and her family went out of their way to meet at the house and had prepared a welcome pack including bread, coffee wine, juice and more! They also kindly arranged for a hire car at a better price than I could find online. The location has good traditional restaurants within a short walk as well as bakeries and a mini mart and it’s located equally between Lindos and Rodos old town with two great beaches within 10 min drive Tsambika (my preferred - nice restaurant) and Faliraki (good for family watersports etc). The house is fully stocked with everything you need, strong AC in each room and even a poolside barbecue. I couldn’t recommend it highly enough. You really get a feel of living local.

Großartiger Aufenthalt. Ich empfehle jedem Urlaub in Gennadi und bei Matthew in diesem wunderbaren Haus zu machen. Gennadi ist ein toller kleiner Ort, Abseits von Touristenmassen und dennoch mit allem versehen was man braucht und das 50 Meter vom Haus entfernt. Das Haus ist toll, wir waren mit unseren zwei Kindern dort. Das Haus ist im perfekten Zustand, sehr sauber, sehr gepflegt und Matthew ist immer zur Stelle. Er ist mit Herz und Seele Gastgeber dafür ein sehr großes Lob. Ab der Buchung bis zur Abreise war er immer da, hatte ganz tolle Tipps für Rhodos, die auch jedes Mal wirklich toll waren, stand mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt, die Terrasse ist direkt am Pool gelegen was für uns als Eltern mit zwei Kindern ein super Vorteil ist. Das Haus ist mit allem Ausgestattet was man braucht. Zur Begrüßung gab es selbst gebackene Muffins, Dessert Kuchen und Getränke. Vorallem nach der Anreise haben wir das sehr begrüßt. Ich kann nicht aufhören zu schwärmen :)

An unforgettable stay in a brand new villa – absolutely perfect! We’re a couple with three kids (ages 16, 14, and 11), and this was hands down the best holiday we’ve ever had. The villa is beautiful, modern, and truly brand new. The design is stunning – everything feels fresh and well thought out. The kitchen, in particular, is fantastic – fully equipped and a real pleasure to use. The kids loved the pool and the amazing views – it really felt like paradise. But what made it even more special were the hosts. They are such a lovely couple – welcoming, helpful, and always available if you need anything. There’s everything you could possibly need in the villa, and if not, just ask and they’ll help right away. The host also runs a cool sports bar nearby where you can catch a football match and have a drink. The location is great – peaceful but also well-connected to everything. We had a lovely stay in Oct 2024 with our two adult sons 17 + 23. The pool was a little cold as it was late in the season, but we were able to swim in the sea every day. We had great weather. The villa is secluded and private, very clean and within an easy walk of numerous restaurants and bars, also the beach. We were spoilt for choice. The hosts we lovely and helpful We got a tax from the nearby taxi rank into Rhodes old town for 18Euro which is well worth a visit. We hope to return next year!

Elias è sempre stato reattivo e gentile nelle sue risposte. la casa era stupenda e pulitissima. per via di un problema idraulico siamo stati spostati in un'altra casa della stessa zona, ma non abbiamo avuto alcun problema e anzi, siamo stati messi in una casa più bella e grande rispetto a quella che avevamo pagato.

We arrived late at night due to a delayed flight and drive from the airport so navigating the twisty road to the villa from entering Pefkos was a bit nervy in the dark but as soon as you enter the town there's a big sign for Tony's place which continues all the way up - very helpful! We got used to the drive up and down quite quickly and it makes for breathtaking views! Villa was just what we needed, private, spacious for four, loved a cuppa on the balcony every morning. Pool was amazing and used every day - best to use the covered pergola for shade. Town and beach of Pefkos was great - not too big/busy but enough variety and a friendly community. Just 15 mins drive to Lindos and the acropolis which is a must see. St Paul's Bay also. An hour and 15 mins drive to Rhodes Old Town. We'd love to return. Tony was responsive too. Thanks!

Very grateful for the service that Savvas provided, also a big thanks to his parents who brought us around the first day because we did not booked a rental car yet.. amazing experience and the bests hosts someone can wish for!!! Amazing accommodation, keep on going like this, if it was possible to rate more stars i would, really recommend this place and host!

We stayed her for a week and the host couldn’t have been anymore helpful. Always ready to help. We were a party of 8 with a baby and we had everything we needed for the baby . Also I only had to message and they arranged taxis for us, making going out totally stress free. The villa was gorgeous with all the amenities we needed. Would totally recommend this villa .
