Η οικοδέσποινα ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετική, ευγενική καθώς και κατατοπιστική όσο αφορά στην πλοήγησή μας στην περιοχή καθώς και στην εύρεση καταστημάτων. Η δε περιοχή χαρακτηρίζεται από ήσυχη ατμόσφαιρα και εύκολη προσβασιμότητα στην παραλιακή, τόσο οδικώς όσο και με τα πόδια. Όσον αφορά τη διαμονή μας, δεν θα μπορούσαμε να είμαστε παραπονεμένοι. Το σπίτι ήταν στο σύνολό του επιμελέστατα περιποιημένο και καθαρό, ενώ ταυτόχρονα μας παρέχονταν τόσο είδη προσωπικής υγιεινής στο μπάνιο όσο και διάφορα τρόφιμα στην πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα (φούρνος μικροκυμάτων, καφετιέρα, ψυγείο και φούρνος). Η σχέση ποιότητας τιμής είναι αναντίρρητα εξαιρετική, οπότε και φυσικά το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα.

The perfect location, private and only a few minute drive into Gytheio with nearby beaches to stroll. The property was absolutely beautiful with potted flowers, a small garden and citrus trees. A gorgeous view on a private veranda overlooking the water in the distance, perfect for morning coffee. The space was cozy and very clean. Melina was very responsive to questions, making us feel very comfortable with our stay.

Havre de paix, écrin de verdure, avec superbe vue sur la mer, les îles d'Elafonisos et Cythère. Idéal pour se ressourcer. La petite ville de Néapoli, après plusieurs virages sur une bonne route, offre le nécessaire (magasins d'alimentation, cafés, tavernes, etc). Les conseils de Kimo ont été excellents et les visites de la minette de la propriété ont été empreintes d'affection.

Endroit parfait, calme, au bord de l'eau ! A proximité de Léonidio pour la grimpe et un bon choix de restaurants! Tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner et un lave linge pour vos habits sales!

We had a great stay at the apartment. The location was ideal and next to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked and it was good to have access to the washing machine. The bed was nice and firm with plenty of linens for cold nights. We also stayed warm with the heaters in each room. My friends and I really liked the restaurant next to the apartments. If you give them a day or two notice, they will get fresh fish and lamb for a big feast. We stayed for two weeks and the hosts were very communicative the whole time. The housekeeper is also really nice and if you are staying more than a week will bring fresh towels and linens.

Petit appartement en rez de chaussée, très simple ; correspond bien aux photos. Le nécessaire est disponible pour y séjourner (manque peut être une cafetière ;) ). Très propre. Extérieur partagé mais agréable. La pièce principale qui fait office de chambre est climatisée (mais pièce relativement fraîche même sans clim malgré la chaleur extérieure). (Pas de rideaux à la porte d'entrée vitrée donc la lumière du jour vous réveille tôt mais ça permet de profiter plus longtemps des journées !) Proche du centre ville et de la plage. Secteur calme. Communication très fluide, hôtes très agréables. A 40 min de Pounda (port pour Elafonissos) et 35 min du Monemvasia, donc emplacement parfait pour sillonner les environs. The house is beautifully designed and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay—whether for cooking, relaxing, or keeping warm on chilly nights. The fireplace was a highlight for us after long days of hiking and climbing. Eirini gave us a warm welcome upon arrival, which was especially helpful since the road to the house is quite narrow. That said, we managed fine with an SUV (Dacia Duster). The location is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts, with plenty of hiking trails in the area. After a full day outside, it was great to return to such a cozy and inviting home. We were three adults staying for five nights on a hiking and climbing trip, and the place suited us perfectly. Highly recommended!

If you want to visit Monemvasia there is only one way to do it and that is to stay in the old town. It’s a fantastic town but in April it was busy all day, if you stay it feels like 98% of the tourists leave. It becomes beautiful at night and you can just wander around this living museum. The house is small and I would suggest only for two or at a push three good friends. The second bed above the bathroom is small. The layout is very clever in a small space within a former cistern. The outside area is a bonus in the fact it is private, I saw too many places with outside seating become public photo opportunities or rest stops. The host is brilliant just meet him/her at their shop and they will help you the rest of the way. Make sure you avail yourself of their home produced olive oil.
