Vine cottage is a spacious but cosy two bedroom self contained annex that sleeps 4 people . Based in the lovely village of Yaxley, it is quiet and rural but close to travel links and local attractions. The Village is within easy access to the A1 and is also very close to the East of England Showground, we are very close to a large shopping centre and a great choice of take aways and restaurants. Vine cottage is a stone throw from a lovely village pub, pizza and Indian restaurant and cocktail bar

A good selection of restaurants and coffees shops plus a Waitrose supermarket in town. A 2 minutes walk to the guided busway stop – which get’s you to central Cambridge (40 minutes).

A self-contained annex of 350 year old grade II listed country cottage in the beautiful Rutland village of North Luffenham, close to Rutland Water and historic towns of Stamford, Oakham and Uppingham. Accommodation is perfect for two or a small family with one child, consists of entrance hall with utilities leading up to double bedroom, and shower room on the first floor, and down to kitchen, lounge , working fireplace on the ground floor. An extra single bed available.

Cosy one bedroom Coach House within walking distance of Grafham Water with off-street parking. The Coach House has a fully equipped kitchen. The Cabin offers a beautiful patio area and Hot-Tub where you can relax and unwind. The Cabin also boasts superfast Starlink Internet. * Please note. The Cabin backs onto the A1. The Cabin has been insulated and walls have been soundproofed so noise inside is a minimum.

Holly House Annexe

This 750 sq ft self-contained private annexe is found in a pretty village right in the countryside. A very friendly English pub/restaurant is just a 5 minutes walk away and has an EV charge point. There are plenty of countryside walks right from the house.
