Ferienunterkünfte mit Kamin in Roche

We finished a 3 week tour of Spain in Vejer and could not have been more happy to finish it in Gail's place. The place is well located (5mn walk to where the action starts) and quiet at night (zero noise). The authentic vintage furniture was a nice break from all the typical Ikea-furnished Abnbs. The beaches are at 10/15mn drive, but Vejer is perhaps one of the nicest place where we stayed in Spain, so well worth it. We will definitely come again!

Un sitio muy tranquilo. Las camas de la casa muy cómodas y todo limpio. Antonio y Fátima son personas muy agradables y han estado pendientes. Por poner una pequeña pega, creo que falta algo de menaje en la cocina (cucharas de madera para cocinar y algún cuchillo grande de sierra) y no conseguimos hacer funcionar la bañera de hidromasaje. Por lo general, todo bastante bien. Si volvemos por la zona contaremos con la casa de Antonio y Fátima para alojarnos.

Dieses schöne Haus liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom tollen Strand entfernt. Genau die richtige Entfernung um den Trubel und das Treiben am Surfer-Strand auszublenden, aber bei Gelegenheit daran teil zu nehmen. Das Haus hat einen sehr schön angelegten Garten, einen sehr großzügigen Pool-Bereich, den wir im März 2025 nur wenige Male zum Sonnenbaden nutzen konnten und 2 Dachterrassen, beide mit Meerblick und perfekt für die Sundowner-Zeit, bei entsprechendem Wetter. Der Garten ist vollständig umschlossen und somit auch absolut hundefreundlich. Ein Stellplatz innerhalb des Grundstücks sorgt für gute Sicherheit beim parken eines Fahrzeugs. Die Gastgeber waren immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Bei kleinen Problemen wurde sofort geholfen. Ambiente und Ausstattung, 3 WC's, 2 Bäder, 3 Schlafzimmer, perfektes WLAN, alles sehr gut. Ein Traumurlaub. In der Nähe Einkaufsmöglichkeiten beim SPAR zu Fuß oder eben in Conil de la Frontera. Essen und Trinken vor Ort jederzeit. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

We stayed at Marisa‘s place and felt at home right away. You can feel the love that has been poured into the house! It looks exactly like it does on the pictures, the kitchen is super spacious, the bedrooms are quiet, dark and cosy and the view from the terrace is just amazing. Thank you so much for having us!

Nos encantó, era exactamente lo que buscábamos. Alojamiento impecable y acogedor, nos sentíamos como en casa, ubicación perfecta y con fácil accesibilidad. Repetiría sin duda.

The house was lovely : well located , super comfortable with everything you needed even a Smeg fridge in the kitchen !! A 2 minute walk to the local supermarket and just 15 mins into town made it a great place to stay. We had our dog with us so the beach just 5 mins into town the car away was fantastic every morning and evening - dogs allowed on the beach in winter time ! We also warm sunny weather even though it was February. A great stay - highly recommend

Absolutely wonderful! A quiet, spacious home with a nicely stocked kitchen. A great location for regional touring and hiking. Nice large bathrooms, big towels!!! We’re not golfers, but the course looked beautiful. Easy place to access and close to the nearby villages for enjoyable day trips. Made us never want to leave Arcos de la Frontera.

El alojamiento es fantástico para descansar y desconectar de la rutina ,muy recomendable para dar paseos hasta la playa . hemos estado en familia muy a gusto!!!

Nos quedamos en el piso de Macarena para pasar un fin de semana en Puerto Sherry. El piso es muy agradable, luminoso y coqueto. Lo encontramos perfectamente limpio. Está muy bien equipado con todo lo imprescindible. La terraza es perfecta para desayunar, almorzar y cenar con vistas al puerto. Hay que tener en cuenta que está en una primera planta sin ascensor y que para pasar al baño hay que atravesar el dormitorio, lo que puede ser incómodo según quien se esté quedando allí. Por lo demás, el piso está muy bien. Su ubicación es inmejorable ya que está a un minuto del puerto con todo tipo de comodidades, y a menos de 10 minutos andando de la playa de la muralla. Hay muchos bares y restaurantes a menos de 5 minutos andando, pero no hay ruido ninguno en el piso. La comunicación con Macarena fue muy fácil y fluida. Fue flexible en cuanto al horario tanto del checkin como del check out, lo que nos vino muy bien. Repetiremos sin duda si volvemos a Puerto Sherry. Muchas gracias por todo!

Prachtig en smaakvol ingericht appartement, goede bedden, fijne badkamer met goede handdoeken, stijlvolle hoge plafonds en goed geisoleerd. Fijn dat onze hond welkom was. Van harte aanbevolen.

Eine sehr schöne gepflegte Unterkunft mit tollem Außengelände, großer Terrasse und Pool. Sehr ruhig und erholsam. Die Unterkunft ist schön eingerichtet und es gibt alles was man braucht. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Wat een prachtige plek, en wat een prachtig appartement! Contact met host verliep uitstekend, en het was nog mooier dan we van de foto’s gedacht hadden!

Juan Carlos is een superhost en zijn huisje is een enorm mooi gerenoveerd verblijf, in het centrum van Vejer, met een heerlijk bed, goede douche en nieuwe apparatuur (wasmachine en vaatwasser). Alles was heel schoon. Enorm aanbevolen. Op de patio tussen de woon- en slaapkamer konden wij onze fietsen stallen, ook heel handig.

We had a wonderful stay during Easter. The city is easy to navigate and has lots to offer. Our hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The 2nd bedroom is very small. The apartment would be extremely comfortable for a young couple. The stairs are challenging long, steep and dark with no handrail. There is a lovely terrace on the top but you have to go through a bedroom.

Nos ha encantado, el piso es precioso y muy cuidado! La atención y el trato son excelentes. La localización es muy buena. El piso estaba muy limpio y ordenado.

Zalige plaats + uitvalsbasis om te verblijven. Je zit helemaal privé in een prachtige oase van natuur. Het huisje is perfect en voldeed perfect aan onze verwachtingen. We raden het zeker aan! Dankjewel thomas en yvonne om zo’n zalige accomodatie aan te bieden. De kwamen helemaal tot rust.

Tolle Unterkunft mit einem riesigen Pool. Es ist sehr viel Platz im Haus und auf der Terrasse. Wir hatten gute Tipps zum Essen gehen im Dorf erhalten. Ein schöner Platz um sich zu erholen.

Eduardo ist ein netter und unkomplizierter Gastgeber, der immer gut erreichbar und auch beim Late Check in sehr entgegenkommend war! In unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft gibt es gute Restaurants und der Strand ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar und sehr schön! Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt mit unserer Familie

Fantástica estancia hemos tenido pasando el fin de año en familia, muy a gusto con nuestros perros. La casa tiene todo lo necesario, equipada con todo detalle, calefacción y chimenea con leña disponible, que Joaquin tuvo el detalle de encender para recibirnos. La zona es tranquila, con mucha intimidad y varias hectáreas de terreno con diversidad de plantas y árboles identificados, como si fuera un jardín botánico. Bonito oasis el que han construido Joaquin y su mujer en medio del campo de Arcos de la Frontera.

Een perfect verblijf voor een ontspannen gezinsvakantie met (volwassen) kinderen. Een auto is wel een must, want in de directe omgeving is weinig te doen of te zien. Heerlijk huis, met airco en perfect zwembad.

Alojamiento tranquilo y muy acogedor. Todo lo necesario para unos días de desconexión y disfrutar de pinar y zona de costa. Recomendable 100%, no faltaba de nada! Volveremos :)

Instalaciones excelentes para disfrutar de unos días de descanso. Estuvimos muy cómodos y disfrutamos mucho de la casa. La zona exterior es inmejorable y las interiores muy completas. Muchas gracias Carmen Maria.

Practically perfect in every way. This was genuinely one of the best equipped and most welcoming places we have stayed in. The villa was a brilliant base for the five of us and Monique was a friendly and super-responsive host who was always willing to help with queries ranging from lighting the fire (unseasonably cold weather) to the hot water (teenagers and showers!). The indoor space is cosy but with plenty of room for five of us to spread out, and there are a series of great sun traps outside. There’s a hammock and a fab gas bbq - what more could you want on holiday. The location is quiet and tucked away, but within an easy stroll of places to eat, a great beach down the cliff steps and a well stocked supermarket. Other bars and restaurants are a pleasant walk away and Lidl etc. can be found in Barbate about a 20 minute drive away if you need to stock up. We’ve been lucky enough to stay in some amazing places but this was one of the very best. We will return!
