This unit is on the western end of a series of duplexes named Senedo Springs. The gravel roads up here are very walkable. It’s possible to trek down to Lake Laura although it’s a big vertical climb back up. The unit is airy and nice, better than the pictures. Thankfully there is not actually a murphy bed in the living room as shown in the pictures. The blankets are outdated so I recommend bringing your own. Plenty of cookware and dishes available but you’ll need to bring oil, spices, and all other food items. The amenities are great! It’s also nice they provide firewood just a short walk away. Good view of Great North Mountain in the winter. Amazing night sky from this location. This was our second time staying here and it kept its five-star rating!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is perfect! The communication between us and the host was phenomenal! The house was perfect for everything we needed! The hot tub was a family favorite!

This place was great for my team’s travel to Harrisonburg/JMU, it is close to everything yet far from it all. The owners were of great help when we forgot an item and shipped it out quickly! I see it as a great price for the amount of beds compared to others offered in the resort!

We felt right at home, everything was pristine and clean, peaceful, beautiful tucked away private location. The amenities were everything we needed to have the ease of a getaway where we didn’t have to worry about packing extra items. From baby equipment to the game room we felt like it fit all of our needs perfectly. I appreciated all the thoughtful details that are put in place to make sure you truly are comfortable as a family traveling. Loved the gazebo and firepit on the deck! The ambiance really suited all our guests. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

This was our first visit to Massanutten so we had no idea what to expect but we enjoyed our trip SO MUCH we are already planning our next visit! Leslie’s amazing home was the perfect home base for our trip, the house is beautifully furnished and we had such a wonderful booking experience. Very easy arrival instructions. The house is also in the perfect location at the resort, right in between the ski area and the market/spa/waterpark, so everything was super close, and we took full advantage of all of the amenities. The house was also pristinely clean which we really appreciated. It was extremely well stocked, the house truly has everything you need for a fantastic stay (including very comfortable beds!). A+++ host and experience, highly recommend!

Everything was great and we had a wonderful time!

We loved our stay! This is a great location mid-way up the mountain so it’s not so dicey getting down for groceries, dinner, etc but it’s still very convenient getting up for Massanutten activities. Beds were comfortable and there were lots of pillows and towels. We loved the filtered water fill station. Troy was very proactive with information and helpful hints and very responsive to any questions.

A very nice place, cozy and very clean. Even though it rained and we couldn't enjoy the hot tub, it didn't stop us from enjoying it. It has everything you need.

This cabin is a hidden gem in the woods near Shenandoah—peaceful, stunning, and surrounded by nature. If you’re looking for a quiet, beautiful escape with breathtaking views, this is the place. Photos don’t do it justice. One of the most serene stays I’ve ever had.

We stayed in this lovely home for our daughter’s college graduation and it was perfect! It’s a brand new house in a small community, off the beaten path but convenient. It’s spotlessly clean, nicely decorated, well equipped and spacious. The owners were nice and responsive and the price was reasonable. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Love this place! We’ve stayed here multiple times now. We can use it to visit with our daughter at JMU and bring our dogs. Love that it’s one story & spacious enough for grandma to join our trips.

We had a great time and enjoyed this pretty home! Very comfortable for two families of four and the host was helpful and accommodating. Pretty Mountain views, fun board games and nice outdoor space makes it a nice spot for a relaxing country visit. Grocery stores and local attractions are a short 10-20 minute drive away. Would recommend larger cars or suvs for the drive up the mountain especially in the winter!

Nicole’s place was absolutely perfect for our girls’ getaway! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and provided the perfect balance of comfort and seclusion. We loved how private and peaceful it felt—such a great escape from the hustle and bustle. The fire pit was amazing for cozy evenings, and the hot tub was the perfect way to unwind after a day of hiking. There’s a Walmart at the bottom of the mountain if you need anything, which was super convenient. A heads-up: if you’re planning to leave on a Sunday, the nearby landfills are closed, so you’ll need to take your trash further along your route home. The drive up the mountain is stunning, but definitely requires an AWD/4WD vehicle to make it up stress-free. Nicole was so responsive and easy to communicate with, which made everything even smoother. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to escape and enjoy a relaxing, secluded retreat! Great place with a nice view. Host was attentive and quick to respond. The experience was cozy and quiet. Highly recommend it. It was near to all the attractions in Shenandoah.

We stayed here as a larger group for a nearby wedding. The place worked great, had a ton of space, and was really clean. Was pretty convenient to Harrisonburg and the venue too! We enjoyed our time and would recommend this place to any larger groups looking for a space!

We had a very nice stay over a long weekend. The place was a good landing pad for visiting Massanutten, about 15 minutes away.
