Privatsuiten als Ferienunterkünfte in Rom

Host gentilissimo e disponibile, località veramente bella, situata in una zona molto tranquilla e vicina alla stazione, supermercato, ecc… In più Paola ci ha accolti calorosamente mettendoci subito a nostro agio, fornendoci subito tutte le indicazioni necessarie (anche per quanto riguarda i mezzi pubblici). Esperienza positiva, spero vivamente di tornare

Stefano è stato molto disponibile sia a livello umano che a livello professionale. Camera pulita e in ordine con tutte le istruzioni del caso sia del funzionamento della stessa che del quartiere circostante.

Francesco was a lovely host! So welcoming and friendly! Also allowed us to check in early, easy to find & gave us clear instructions. Apartment was perfect for our needs! Highly recommend, would definitely stay again 🥰

Staying with Ivano and Tehri was an amazing choice. The B&B was the perfect mix for a stay between city and countryside. They were incredible welcoming and willing to make the best of your stay. I had dinner with them and the family and they picked me up from the station multiple times. All in all, incredibly kind, welcomiming and supportive people. I highly reccomend Ivano and Tehri!

Sono stato ospite della signora Paola e non posso che esprimere la mia più sincera gratitudine. È una persona di una cordialità e ospitalità davvero infinita, sempre disponibile e attenta a ogni dettaglio. Dopo aver capito che avrei avuto qualche difficoltà con le scale, ha avuto la premura e la gentilezza di offrirmi l’appartamento al piano terra, rendendo il mio soggiorno ancora più comodo e sereno. Un gesto che mi ha colpito profondamente. Ho avuto anche il piacere di conoscere suo marito, una persona molto gradevole e accogliente, con cui ho scambiato volentieri due chiacchiere. Fin da subito mi sono sentito a mio agio, come a casa. La casa è bellissima, curata e molto confortevole, e soprattutto comodissima per la logistica: a pochi passi c’è la stazione che collega direttamente al centro di Roma, rendendo gli spostamenti semplici e veloci. Grazie di cuore Paola, per l’accoglienza, l’attenzione e l’umanità. Un soggiorno che porterò con me con piacere. Super consigliato!

Great place! Absolutely loved my stay

Alloggio a pochi minuti a piedi dall’Olimpico, ideale per chi necessita di un breve soggiorno per assistere a qualche evento sportivo. Zona residenziale molto tranquilla. Comunicazione efficace e check in flessibile.

Massimo's home was a nice place to relax after a busy day in nearby Rome. The location is really decent if you don't mind a short car then train ride. The train one-way to Rome Termini was 2.50 euro and 30 mins. The room and bathroom were lovely and private, exactly as described and in photos. In the room is a fridge and microwave, tv with Netflix. The cappuccino every morning was really amazing and they did offer a typical Italian breakfast but I didn't eat much too early. My stay was shorter than expected and he approved my early check-out and help me organize a taxi to get to the airport as needed. Massimo was so gracious and flexible to drop me off to Frascati station and pick me up as needed. He was incredibly responsive and welcoming. The train station was very accessible and felt safe and clean. The lovely, peaceful town of Frascati near the airbnb was complete with shops, restaurants and gelato.

Tot perfecte i com explica l'anunci, hi ha un autobús al mateix carrer amb el que pots accedir al metro molt fàcil, hi ha tambe restaurants per menjar aprop caminant. Tot estava perfecte i l'Elisa i el seu marit molt amables que ens han portat a l'aeroport. La casa estava molt neta i tal i com esta a l'anunci, tot perfecte moltes gràcies!
