A modern and well furnished flat equipped with all the necessities. Clear instructions to access the property, however the fact that the property is at the corner of Christchurch Road and St Swithins Road need to be made clear. Can be noisy at times as the property is near a main road.

This was our first holiday as a family and we felt right at home. The apartment was beautifully appointed and in a superb location with lots of walks and scenery. The area was very friendly especially for children with parks and play areas and the beaches are outstanding. Local shops including restaurants and bakeries & cafés were all very welcoming and very reasonably priced. It had been a long time since we had been to Southbourne and it didn’t disappoint along with the apartment. It made a perfect staycation. Would definitely recommend to friends and family who are looking to have a good UK break.

We loved this flat, it was spotlessly clean, really well equipped and in a fabulous location with great views. It has a homely, personal feel and our children loved the toys and games! The sandy beach is a short walk down the hill and we spent a lot of time here. It is quieter than the main beach in swanage, a perfect place for children. Great to have a parking space too. Highly recommended!

Absolutely perfect place to stay!

Very convenient location for our weekend in Bournemouth. The flat was very spacious, immaculate and beautifully decorated. It was well equipped and a treat to have two bathrooms between us. We managed to park on the street both evenings which was a bonus. We explored Kingston Lacy while we were there which we thoroughly recommend! Host was helpful and quick to respond.

Such a beautiful location and place to stay. The walks were lovely, and varied and not far from any amenities. The accommodation was very spacious, comfortable and private, and so quiet and peaceful. Julia was a very lovely, friendly, kind and generous host. Our first stay, and we will definitely be back.

We had a lovely weekend at Verulam Palms. The place was spotless and Charlotte was very welcoming and easy to communicate with. It's in a quiet location but moments walk from the high street, and 10 minutes walk to the beach. We ate out, but the kitchen is very well equipped for self catering. Only one very minor niggle - the bathroom sink has no plug!!

This is the perfect place, everything is catered for and as described. The location is perfect. Sheralee is the best host that I have dealt with and couldn’t be any more accommodating. You will not be disappointed if you book this wonderful apartment: Thank You ☺️

Fantastic caravan. Well equipped and spotless. Comfortable beds and lovely quiet location. My only gripe and my fault for not checking properly is that it’s not beachfront as described in the information. I’d say a 20-25 minute walk at a normal pace which is too far if you want to take chairs etc.

If you are thinking about starting an Airbnb, Mary’s place is a great example of how to do things right. The house was spotlessly clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and to be honest I wouldn’t change a thing. Mary was pro-active, friendly and helpful and gave me clear instructions as to how to access the place, where to park etc. I have already booked for later this year and will find myself in the same area next year; I will be back!

James was good at communicating, and left clear instructions for everything. He also met us on arrival. The bungalow was as per the description and photos (please note that bed 3-twin room has drawer clothes storage but no hanging space). It's clean, light and airy. The bungalow was in a quiet location and yet close to amenities and a short walk to the beach. We had 3 cars between us and were easily able to fit them on the driveway. We would happily return!" I can't think of anything else that any potential guest would need to know above the information on Airbnb and reviews already left.

The cottage was beautiful. The word of the stay was cute, everything was just perfect and the views were amazing. Although we only had a short stay it was comfortable, clean and cosy. We would definitely recommend. Jo was easy to contact and very welcoming on arrival and check out. Thank you x

We had a great stay in the Railway cottage. The house is cosy and clean and set in a quiet area next to the rail line. I didn't find the noise of the trains intrusive. They aren't that regular but a pair of ear plugs might help at night if you go sleep early and are a light sleeper. We had everything we needed in the cottage and I loved hearing the bird song in the morning. Highly recommended.

Had everything we needed, extremely clean. And a great location and very relaxed about us bringing our dog.

This house is a great base to explore Hayling Island. You can walk to the beach and local walking trails. The shower was good, we parked the car and left it there all week. Home is bright , airy and modern. Comfortable bed and washing facilities and garden/ washing line. Nicola was very helpful and we recommend this highly. Never been to Hayling Island before but fell in love with the wildness, untouched beauty of the coastline and sea swimming...

We had a lovely couple of days stay here. The flat was immaculate and as described. Brilliant instructions of how to access the flat and where to find everything. Really kind extras which were a lovely surprise and just made the stay so much more special. We will definitely be back because of the lovely flat and the location of Corfe castle. Thank you, Tina and Johnny for graciously sharing your stunning studio, garden and river access with me for the last week! The weather was incredible and I made the most of it, swimming in the river every day and enjoying my breakfast on the sunny decking every morning before heading to my training. I've stayed at some beautiful Airbnb places over the past decade but yours was the most magical! With bats, kingfishers, swans and geese and a very territorial pheasant! Couldn't recommend your place more highly. Thank you too, for the lift from the station and then meeting me at the station with my luggage (and dry swim gear!) on my final day. One final thing for potential visitors to consider is that the fridge can be noisy during the night, so bring some earplugs or Snoozeband if you're noise sensitive like me.

Sonya is incredibly responsive with communication and flexible with our check in times. Her flat is exactly as described and shown on the pictures. It’s to a great standard. The immediate surroundings of the flat are a little questionable but in prime location to parks, restaurants, and the beach. It can feel hot inside the flat on summer days but the large floor to ceiling French doors onto the terrace and provided fan at the property offer sufficient cooling. We really enjoyed our stay and would certainly visit again. Sonya and her property have been great to our family (2 adults, 2 teens) while we are on our holidays!

We had such an amazing get away, it was so relaxing and felt like home. Paul was super helpful, made us feel comfortable and gave a great recommendation for food. Close enough to get to the Beach and town but far enough to enjoy the quiet and relax!

This was our first staying at Fiona's and it was lovely. She provided clear check in instructions, the entrance was private as it was through a back garden with a nice little seating area that we enjoyed a few times. The place was spotless upon arrival, the fridge had a few goodies like milk, jam, cold water, and prosecco which was a surprise bonus. There was also a pack of croissants and snack bites. The location gets a beautiful cross breeze when you open the windows, and it got chilly enough during our stay that we got to use the wood stove. The instructions provided in the guest book were perfect and made it easy to do. The bed size feels like a rare find and the mattress was comfy. Plenty of linens provided, the kitchen is well stocked, there's books if you want to to read outside, and the place is in great walking distance to the center of town. We would definitely look at staying here again!

We had a really lovely 2 night stay at Nicole's place. The space was as described and it was super clean. Really perfect location to access the beach and walk in either direction. Local pub and tesco express are also very convenient. Would definitely recommend and we'd come back in a heart beat!

Great place to base ourselves to explore Bournemouth for a couple of days. Great communication with hosts thank you for a lovely stay.

Family of 5 stayed here for 2 nights and we all really enjoyed it. You are about 5 minutes drive to Bournemouth sea front and about 10-15 minutes to Southbourne beach. You are also a 5ish minute walk to Tesco Express (it's quicker to walk there than Drive) which is handy, there was also some restaurants in the same area but we didn't try any. The house was very clean and well looked after and a really good sized garden for the kids to run around in. Beds were all made up ready for us and few bits left out as a welcome gift which were a nice touch. Angela was also very accessible throughout the stay if we needed her.
