Kinderfreundliche Ferienunterkünfte in Roseto degli Abruzzi

Consiglio il soggiorno da Federica ed Antonio. Casa pulita e corrispondente alle foto pubblicate. In pieno centro e facile da raggiungere anche a piedi dalla Stazione. Host gentilissimi, ci hanno anticipato il check in. Sono stati preziosi i loro consigli per trascorrere un piacevole weekend.

Abitazione molto carina e funzionale. Si può parcheggiare proprio davanti alla porta. Paese super tranquillo, ideale per esplorare la zona. Host molto disponibile e precisa. Siamo stati solo una notte ma siamo stati molto bene.

المسكن رائع ونظيف جدا ومريح ويتوفر ادوات الطبخ وغسالة ملابس اتوماتيك والغرف مرتبة ونظيفة ويتوفر لحاف اضافي في الغرف والمسكن مناسب للعائلات والمضيف متعاون جدا ويستحق التقدير والتعامل معه . نتمنى له التوفيق

Great location!!Easy check-in and pleasantly clean. The outside space is very nice but a bit dark inside (helps with keeping it cool though). Thank you for the stay!

Federico e la mamma sono molto gentili e disponibili . All'arrivo abbiamo trovato tutto l'occorrente per la colazione. L'appartamento si trova in una zona tranquilla, dispone di una cucina attrezzata. Disponibilità di parcheggio interno. Lo consiglio.

Alloggio molto carino, su 2 livelli, ben tenuto, curato nei minimi particolari con gusto e personalità. Purtroppo il soggiorno è stato breve, non trovandomi in vacanza, per cui non ho potuto usufruire di tutti i comfort di cui l’alloggio e’ dotato . Io e mia moglie, con un cagnolino di piccola taglia, siamo stati accolti con puntualità e gentilezza direttamente dal padre dell’host, che ci ha informato personalmente su come utilizzare al meglio i servizi della casa. Molto comoda la presenza di 2 bagni . Complessivamente molto soddisfatto. Consigliabile , sopratutto per periodi di almeno una settimana. A poche centinaia di metri, si raggiunge lo splendiff di o lungomare di Porto San Giorgio, dove poter passeggiare per chilometri.

Nous avons passé sept semaines dans la maison loft de Franco. Tout était parfait ! L’endroit est extrêmement calme et la vue est à couper le souffle. Franco est un hôte discret mais extrêmement disponible et réactif. La communication a été excellente avant notre arrivée et durant tout le séjour. Montesilvano Colle est un très joli village et c’est le point de départ de nombreuses balades plus merveilleuses les unes que les autres. Une chose est sûre : s’il nous est possible de revenir dans ce logement, nous n’hésiterons pas une seconde !

Ausgesprochen freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, sehr netter Empfang, Betreuung während dem Aufenthalt und Verabschiedung. Geschmackvoll eingerichtete, grosszügige Wohnung mit tollem Blick auf das sehr nahe Meer. Wir haben uns fast wie zu Hause gefühlt und vermissen es bereits am Morgen oder Nachmittag auf dem Balkon zu sitzen und das Meer rauschen zu hören.

Siamo stati benissimo, alloggio carino e pulito, trovare il caffè e la moka dopo un lungo viaggio è stato un toccasana! Ci torneremo volentieri

Amazing accommodation, where you can find literally everything you could need during your stay 😊 Thanks to that I really felt like at my home. The balcony is also great, where you can have a glass of prosecco in the evening. The apartment is just a few steps from the main promenade and the beach, which is an amazing location. Alessio was a great and attentive host, thank you very much for everything. I would love to come back again 😊🫶🏻

Monia war sehr nett, freundlich und jederzeit für uns erreichbar. Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Fotos beschrieben und mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Zu Fuss ist alles gut erreichbar.

This place is amazing - way above a typical 5 star spot. Location is great - on the main walking-only street, close to the Fontana Luminosa which is one of the main taxi stands, shops, food, and everything convenient. Apartment feels new and very well maintained. Kitchen is well stocked. Highly recommend to others, just book early or you'll get scooped on this awesome apartment.

One of the best views of the sea we've ever had! This location was so beautiful and drinkong espresso on the terrace overlookong the ocean was absolutely wonderful. There are a ton of places to park and a ton of things in walking distance too. This is a very lovely place to stay!

Appartamento accogliente con ottima posizione lungomare. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e disponibile ad accoglierci prima dell'orario di chek-in.

Abbiamo alloggiato per una settimana nel mese di Agosto. Appartamento ben arredato, ordinato e molto pulito. Zona tranquilla e soprattutto comoda al mare (50 metri dalla spiaggia). Host super disponibile.

Piękne mieszkanie, czyste i dobrze wyposażone. Guido bardzo pomocny i dostępny całą dobę do dyspozycji. Często korzystam z Airbnb a jeszcze tak uprzejmej osoby nie miałem okazji poznać. Elastyczne godziny zameldowania jak i wymeldowana. Polecam każdemu kto szuka noclegu w pobliżu Pescary. Jeszcze raz bardzo dziękujemy za miłe przyjęcie i możliwość późniejszego wymeldowania.

Abbiamo alloggiato in 4 ragazzi più una bambina piccola la notte di capodanno, siamo stati da Dio. Il signor Martino che ci ha accolto e’ stato molto gentile, ci ha lasciato stare anche qualche ora in più essendo arrivati la sera tardi post lavoro… davvero carina la casa e con tutti i confort! ❤️ grazie davvero.

Schön eingerichtete 3 Zimmer Wohnung wo man alles hat was man brauch.Kinderbett ,hochstuhl und Kinderwagen sowie Spielzeug wurde alles gestellt. Wir nehmen sonst alles mit was diesmal nicht nötig war da einfach alles vorhanden war.(Shampoo/duschgel/toilettenpapier/kaffee usw) Zudem sehr modern eingerichtet und super sauber. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2 Stockwerk die man gut zu Fuß oder mit dem Lift erreichen kann. Der Balkon ist auch riesig,dieser geht komplett um die Wohnung herum sodass man einen schönen Meerblick durch die Gasse hat und abends den Sonnenuntergang genießen kann. Das Meer ist ca 50 Meter entfernt und es ist einfach ein schöner Sandstrand mit flachen Eingang sodass auch kleine Kinder im Wasser Spaß haben können.2 liegen und ein Sonnenschirm sind vorhanden.Das Meer befindet sich entlang einer Promenade wo man zahlreiche Restaurant Möglichkeiten hat. Trotzdem ist es in der Wohnung sehr ruhig sodass man kein Autolärm hört. Marina antwortet schnell bei Fragen vielen Dank

Angela und Massimilliano sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Fragen zwischendurch auch mal nach ob alles in Ordnung ist oder was fehlt. Da sie selbst auch im Haus wohnen sind sie schnell bei Problemen vor Ort. Die Kommunikation ist recht schnell. Zur Wohnung Der Ausblick ist einfach phänomenal. Man sollte sich aber vorher im klaren sein das man im 15. Stock ist und das Geländer ist etwas mehr als hüfthoch. Ansonsten alles positiv die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was für tägliche Bedürfnisse reicht. Küche, Waschmaschine, Fön, Grundausstattung und vieles mehr. Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren frisch. Unser Hund war auch sehr willkommen. Das Café im ersten Stock hat eine gute Auswahl morgens zum Kaffee und wir haben dort jeden Abend unseren Absacker genossen. Der Parkplatz ist abgeschlossen und kostenlos. Zum Strand sind es wenige Gehminuten. Über die Straße und schon da. Wir haben unseren Urlaub genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Che dire? Mi sono trovato in un appartamento che pareva mio da sempre. Fornito di tutto, ma proprio tutto. Dettagli curati, pulitissimo, arredato con gusto, confortevole al top. Alessandro un ragazzo disponibile educato e cordiale. I miei complimenti sinceri. Nicola

Anna and her husband were very responsive and even picked us and our luggage up from the bus station and brought us to the apartment. They were very responsive when we had any questions or needed assistance. They even brought us to a pizza place to pick up a bite to eat after a long flight and bus ride to San salvo!!
