We loved our stay. The house was super clean and exactly as described. Afra has created a really useful instruction/information manual which was super helpful. The location was perfect for walking to the Hockey and Tennis centres. We hope to return!

This property was super clean and tidy, had great amenities and Anne was a helpful host. This is a great location for the National Water Sports Center and still only a 30 minute walk to Nottingham City Center or £5 Uber. Would definitely recommend!

Adam's place was excellent value for money. The location is within walking distance of the city centre and the area is nice and by the canal. The room was lovely and clean, as well as a comfy bed. It was a nice stay and the property was easy to find with clear check-in instructions. If Ia am in Nottingham again, I would definitely stay here.

Lovely room in a lovely lodge. The room was spacious, the shower was great and the bed was comfortably. I was able to walk to the city centre and train station in around 15 minutes, so it's accessible to get around. Adam is very responsive - I had a problem with the radiator and he got back to me immediately about it and was fine. Check in was easy and clearly explained. Overall, the experience was fantastic and I would come back :)

Adams place is very close to town, the room is spotless and has all you need. It was easy to find and parking my car was easy and safe, right next to the building. Couldn’t recommend this place highly enough and will definitely be staying here again

Fantastic cottage, great shared garden and beautiful walks by the river.

Check in was very straightforward. The room was clean and pleasant, with a good sized en-suite and fridge. In a really nice area right by the castle.

Super stay in a great location. Adam was a great host and gave us all the information we needed for an easy check in. I was visiting warhammer world and it was so easy to walk out the front door, left over the bridge then turn right along the canal for a lovely 15 minute walk straight there. Will definately be staying again.

A lovely cottage on a very peaceful and beautiful site, directly in front of the lake! The cottage was well equipped, very comfy and just moments from the A46, so handy for getting around. My daughters thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub (which was checked everyday) and we all enjoyed watching the wildlife on site - ducks, heron, fish, a multitude of birds and rabbits! A very relaxing break, and have already looked to at the availability for a return trip!

Alex's house is beautiful and private, we had a wonderful time resting in it, and it's perfect for a family trip to experience life in the countryside.

I really enjoy staying at Tolu’s accommodation, found the place clean and tidy, room smelled so nice, clean shower, parking spot great, location is very calm, will definitely come back at some point!! Highly recommend

Another lovely stay in a really comfy room. Nice quiet location. Parking by the house was full but it was easy to park on the main street less than a walk up to the house. Warm comfortable bed and super fast WiFi. As always with booking a room in a house it's a gamble with who is staying in the other rooms, First time I stayed everyone was quiet at night this time one of the other guests was watching TV quite loudly at 5am. overall pleased with my stay and I'd be happy to come again.
