Profitez d'un logement classé meublé de tourisme *** au coeur d'Auvillar. Cottage comprenant au 1er étage par accès indépendant : 2 pièces de 40m2 sur 2 niveaux : cuisine équipée, salon, ensemble de couchage pour 4 personnes , une sdb avec baignoire, douche et toilette. Au RDC se trouve une pièce de 40 m2 incluant une cuisine tout équipée ainsi qu'un salon/salle à manger et un couchage BZ. Une salle de douche avec toilette et lave-linge par un accès extérieur. Un patio avec coin terrasse.

Grand studio avec terrasse vue sur la rivière

Studio de 32m2 avec grande terrasse, il se trouve dans l'enceinte du beau village de Vianne, au calme et à deux pas des commerces. Des places de parking gratuites se trouvent en face du studio (1 min de marche). Depuis la chambre vous aurez une vue sur la rivière Baïse et les péniches, et depuis la terrasse une vue sur le jardin. L'accès au studio se fait par une porte au fond de notre jardin (coffre à clés). Draps, serviettes de bain et linge de maison fournis 🙂 voie verte toute proche.
