Get comfortable and enjoy this spacious studio. The space is perfect for a couple, which a comfy king bed and en- suite bathroom. Close to Arts Loi metro and Madou station. Near Ambiorix Square, the Royal Park and to European Commission. The studio is at the bottom floor of our renovated 1800s house. The bottom floor used to be an ‘Librairie’ but now converted to a studio. Note that we provide a coffee machine, kettle and mini fridge, but there is no actual kitchen for cooking in the studio.

You will be close to everything when staying at this centrally located full apartment . It is 1 minute walk to rue Neuve , Rogier and 10 minutes to Grand place. It consists of 2 bedrooms with 4 beds, on the 4th floor, my name is written on the door Gadelmawla/Barakat. It has a built-in Duchette ( Shattaf ) at the toilet, IPTV receiver. Important, important, the elevator is 2 persons or 200KG only. The apartment kyes will be collected and dropped off at a grocery shop 5 mnts far from the flat.

The flat has been entirely done up 4 years ago, but we kept all the typical elements: tiling, high ceilings, wooden floors etc. The neighbourhood is very representative of the authentical Brussels: multi-cultural and lively.
