This is the best neighborhood in Little Rock hands down. Ellis’ place is so lovely and comfortable. The gorgeous garden made it extra delightful.

We were driving in through bad weather and her communication was extremely helpful and comforting! It was wonderful to have covered parking when we arrived and dry entry into the house. It was also welcoming with the lights on!

We loved staying here! It was nice to be able to walk downtown for shopping and restaurants along with getting on hiking trials in the national park. We spent majority of our time on the cozy front porch!

This house is so welcoming and comfortable. It looked exactly like the photos and we cannot wait to come back for another visit in the Fall. Pam was an excellent host who was extremely communicative. We loved our stay and were so sad to leave!

This was a comfortable place to stay. The neighborhood was peaceful and seemed safe. The house was clean and the location was easy to get to major highways. There was coffee and snacks provided and the kitchen had needed items for a stay. It worked great for 4 of us. As in a few reviews, the beds were just okay. They made a lot of squeaks and scrunches, but otherwise the place was good.

This place was beautiful! Would definitely stay there again. The size was perfect for our group, the house was very clean, the hot tub was amazing! The house was very roomy and comfortable!! Lots of outdoor space as well as TVs in every bedroom plus’s both living areas and on the deck. Everyone in our group was satisfied and we left feeling pleased we chose this particular house to make memories in!!! Thank you Eric for sharing your house with my family!!! BTW we had total of 10 adults and 2 children and had more than enough room. The beds were comfortable.

This house has incredible character and everything we needed to have a great stay.

We had a great time at the exchange. Accommodations were as advertised and a great little spot for our romantic get a way! We asked for an early check in after arriving early in town the owners quickly responded and were able to meet our request. Great location in town right next to free or paid parking and located in quick walking distance to the bath houses restaurants and all bath house row has to offer. We will definitely stay again!

I had a great stay at Lori's apartment. The location is perfect for getting anywhere in Little Rock, yet on a quiet residential street (within easy walking distance to several neat places, including Flyway Brewing). The apartment itself is clean and cute, with a nice private balcony and stocked with any essentials you might need. Lori was a great host -- kind and highly responsive. I would definitely stay again!

It was a wonderful spot with a very quiet street and a very walkable area with plenty of activities. Will defiently be booking again!

We enjoyed another great stay at Dennis’s place! We enjoyed the upgraded hot tub and noticed the new bigger flat screen TV. As always Dennis was quick to respond to any request or concern. He is very personable and friendly as we ran into him coming in the first night and he quickly asked if we needed anything. Keep in mind there is no thermostat but a quick message to Dennis and he’ll adjust it for you. And the stairs/driveway going down are a bit of trek if you’re an older person. Overall it’s a beautiful quiet well kept area that makes for a wonderful little get a way. We definitely would stay again!

I've stayed at this particular AirBnB a few times when going through Little Rock, and there's a reason for that. Place is comfy, clean, is in a central location, and Paul is always a great host. Check-in and check-out are easy and quick, detailed instructions make everything easy. Would recommend this place without hesitation!

Place was really fresh, clean, and modern! Well decorated, my girlfriend thought it was cute. Easy to get in plenty of parking which was nice. We mostly just needed a place to crash so didn't need to use the kitchen, laundry etc. (but nice to have) but there was a lot of space and the bed was perfectly cozy for the two of us to rest up along our road trip. I felt like the location was really close to anything we wanted to get to although we did drive. Immediate air BNB area felt safe. Overall great stay!

Kimberly's unit was outstanding. It met all of our needs and had everything we needed for a 5 day stay by the lake. We will definitely promote her unit and use it again in the near future. Thank you so much, Kimberly for your prompt communication, and for letting us use your wonderful place.

My husband and I enjoyed staying at Steve's place! It was a very calm and relaxing area with an amazing view! Good location with many places to visit around and short drive to downtown hot-springs.

Amy‘s place felt very private, quiet and away from the hustle bustle. When you walk in the front door, your jaw will drop at the amazing lake view out the expansive back window and sliding glass doors! Great deck with comfy seating and steps down to the boardwalk where you can sit and dangle your feet in the water! Couldn’t have been a more perfect set up 😊

This was a long weekend stay for us and the condo was the perfect fit. The interior has been remodeled and everything is new and very nice. The view of the lake is great. We enjoyed having coffee on the deck each day. The location is about 20 min from downtown, the track etc, which kept it peaceful and relaxing for us. Would stay here again.

Beautiful condo, right opposite to the lake! Perfect place for a couple. A home outside the home! There is lot of care that have been taken in remodeling it, loved the decor. (The stairs to get to the apartment can be little tricky if you have any disabilities)

I had an amazing stay at Ms Hollie place. Nice and clean, an amazing view by the lake. We stay at Ms. Hollie's place again
