This Air BnB was wonderful! The atmosphere was peaceful and the lake was gorgeous! The condo was clean and spotless. Carrie was responsive and helpful! 10/10 place!

What an incredible location! So peaceful and calm. We were looking for a bottom floor rental so that my father in law did not have to climb any stairs and this condo fit the bill. What an added bonus that it put us right on the water! My husband had to work some and he enjoyed working on the back balcony, saying it kept his work stress down. The decor of the condo is beautiful and welcoming, and we found everything we needed and easily accessible. The beds were comfortable, although the small queen did move a lot. But there were plenty of blankets and extra pillows available. We did have issues with the TVs connecting to wifi. Christopher was incredibly responsive with trying to get the issues taken care of. He sent, Jessica to fix it and she was super sweet and helpful. While they were able to get the living room tv to work, the bedrooms did not. However, this was a small inconvenience. We will definitely come back to stay appreciated the wonderful relaxing stay we had.

Julia’s place was absolutely beautiful. The home is prettier than the pics. The view is intoxicating. Julia was so helpful and communicated promptly. I honestly can’t wait to go back. The drive will seem a lil far from downtown but the drive is peaceful & relaxing w/ a eatery close by. .

Enjoyed our stay at Kim’s place. Right on the water, very peaceful and tranquil. Close to golf and the Balboa beach and marina. Would definitely stay again.

had a wonderful weekend get away. Unit was recently remodeled top to bottom with a lot of attention paid to the small details which makes a huge difference. Very, cozy, warm and inviting with all of the amenities provided, including coffee. We went for want of nothing. I would book this unit again.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is beautifully decorated and has a homey feel. It was clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the lake view from the house and sitting by the water in the evenings. Karen was friendly and responsive. Will definitely book again!

Every time we have visited Hot Springs this is the first place we check to see if it’s available. We love staying out on the lake and there’s so many things to do around there.

Great home for a family gathering. Several living/activity spaces on two floors. Gorgeous views of Lake Hamilton and landscaped grounds from most rooms. Home is well appointed and uncluttered. Kitchen works well for real cooking. It is on a quiet residential street that is amazingly convenient to shopping. It is only a short drive to the beautiful Garvan Woodland Gardens and the Historic Hot Springs area. We hope to return to this destination.

I really enjoyed my stay at this AirBnB. The ranch style house is situated on a 7 acre waterfront property. There is a nice oversize lawn and lots of trees. There is also a private boat dock by the river. For athletic person, this is a great opportunity to try out canoeing on the Ouachita river. The surrounding is peaceful and private. The amenities in the house is complete. And, everything is really clean and well organise. I highly recommend spending a few days at this property.

Tons of space for a great price. Secure location in a gated community. Nice outdoor areas around. Fitness center nearby with indoor pool. Great value and easy to work with.

This place was such a wonderful, peaceful place with a relaxing view of the water from the porch or the option of sitting on the deck at the water or waterside on the patio was so nice. The house was very clean and comfortable. Easy to access and the hosts were very responsive. It was only 10-20 mins away from just about anything you’d like to do around Hot Springs. Thanks for sharing your beautiful, quaint lake house with us!

Our stay was great, the home was very nice right on the water, golf course was close, downtown was 20 minutes away lots to do bowling which is half price on wednesday, oaklawn horse racing was on the weekend, we meet up once a year to go fishing, this was our best yearly trip yet. Thanks for letting us stay in your home.

We enjoyed our stay this past weekend. We traveled from Texas to visit family in North Little Rock and the place was centrally located which allowed our commute back and forth to be easy. The location was convenient as it was close to downtown Hot Springs and close to places to eat and close to Walmart. We will consider staying here again if we are ever in the area.

We enjoyed our weekend stay here. The view of the lake is amazing. We loved sitting out on the patio and watching the sunset. Everything was as described and very clean. It is far enough away from the city noise but close enough to get to everything you need. We would definitely come back again.

We had rented this place and it was one of the best location to spend a quality time with family. The view was amazing and most importantly Russ was very responsive when i had some questions. I have already recommended to some of my friends and would recommend for anyone. Might even plan to reserve again.

My husband and I enjoyed staying at Steve's place! It was a very calm and relaxing area with an amazing view! Good location with many places to visit around and short drive to downtown hot-springs.

This was a long weekend stay for us and the condo was the perfect fit. The interior has been remodeled and everything is new and very nice. The view of the lake is great. We enjoyed having coffee on the deck each day. The location is about 20 min from downtown, the track etc, which kept it peaceful and relaxing for us. Would stay here again.
