El departamento está hermoso, tiene lo necesario para pasarla increíble, muy limpio. La ubicación me gustó. Lo único la alberca está helada, no se aprovecha al 100, pero hay un jacuzzi que ayudó a equilibrar porque no había casi gente. Cuando estén todos los departamentos habitados ojalá pongan calefacción en la alberca para aprovecharla.

The views of the lake from the condo and from the rooftop patio were absolutely stunning. Greeting the day with a beautiful sunrise was enchanting. The small town of El Chante offered all the shopping I needed. Although there aren't many "dining out" options in El Chante, you can get a bus easily and within a few minutes have tons of restaurant options. Although there were a few issues with power and water outages, they were brief and LiaZa's great communication made it easy to navigate. The security team is exceptional. They were always friendly and ready to support. I would definitely consider returning to this property when I come back to the Lake Chapala area.

This is the most beautiful and relaxing place to stay. We arrived mid week and pretty much had the whole place to ourselves. It is fully equipped for cooking your own meals, and using the pool. We felt at home and well taken care of by our host who helped us connect with taxi to take us to the next town for the wedding we attended. Front office crew were also very helpful and friendly. Town is very chill and has several small stores to get vegetables and meat and snacks/beer just a couple blocks from the suite. It is on top floor but we appreciated the exercise and the magnificent views from the patio which is situated just right that it is perfectly shaded all day. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Nos encantó el alojamiento, la casa es muy grande y tiene una terracita muy linda. La alberca es más grande de lo que parece en las fotos y el agua estaba caliente incluso por la noche que el ambiente estaba frío. Las habitaciones muy espaciosas y cada una con baño propio, excelente para grupos grandes. El anfitrión te hace sentir como en casa. Definitivamente vamos a regresar.

An amazing place only a short walk from the main plaza. Very conveniently located next to bodegas, pharmacies, and other stores which helped immerse with the locals. 10/10 recommend.

El alojamiento es hermoso, Super amplio y comodo. Sigan las instrucciones tal cual de Marcela para llegar porque si esta muy fea la subida de la calle para los carros. No hay calefacción en la alberca y es fria el agua

I really like the place. Nearby spots in the riviera of Chapala, around 5 min to San Juan Cosalá and 20 min to Ajijic. The pictures are quite accurate and the host was always friendly and replied quickly. We would definitely go back to this calm and cozy place.

Excellent home and a great value overall. The second floor has a beautiful view of the lake with a jacuzzi. Bedrooms have nice air conditioning. Nicely located between Chapala and Ajijic. Host was very responsive.

No hay palabras, fue una gran experiencia, buen trato desde el principio, la casa está increíble dentro de un fraccionamiento tranquilo, céntrica y muy bonita. El que siempre estén al pendiente es un gesto muy importante. Los detalles hicieron una gran diferencia y se siente como en casa desde el primer momento en que llegamos. Increíble!!!

Juan is a wonderful host. He is very responsive and checked multiple times to make sure that we had everything we needed. He also came by to meet us in person. His place is like your own home. He has provided everything you would need except food. All the little things like toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, even dish and clothes detergent. All of his furniture and appliances are good quality. There is filtered water which is a big plus. We have already made reservtions to stay next year as a place like this is rare. Thank you Juan for providing such a nice place.

Great host and hospitality was Amazing! I went with a group of friends who happen to have the same host in different spaces who we felt this host exceeded all expectations. Definitely recommend if you are traveling to Guadalajara with your little ones.

Greatly enjoyed the stay. My favorite thing about this apartment was the washer and dryer. Also has a very nice view of the city. Parking garage is great, and staff at the unit are friendly and responsive. Overall a good experience with a highly responsive host.

Felt very safe in the building and secure parking with 24/7 security gate. It’s a quiet place and very clean inside and out. It provides everything you need. Host is very friendly and responsive. Easy check-in and check-out. I definitely recommend.

We had an excellent stay! The complex was peaceful and beautifully maintained, and we really appreciated the relaxing pool and the fantastic location—close to everything yet still quiet and calm. Highly recommend 100%, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit.
