L'appartamento si trova al 3' piano in un edificio in Oltrarno, in una delle zone più belle, più autentiche e più frequentate di Firenze, in una stradina accanto alla piazza di Santo Spirito.L'appartamento ha tutti i confort e lo spazio necessario per passare una bella vacanza. E' composto da una camera da letto nuova, con una vista speciale(2 posti letto), una cucina abitabile, il bagno nuovo e la terrazza privata.

Our home is in the historical center in a small village in the heart of the city!We have a private car parking with sizes 2x4.90 (included in the price). You don't need pass Ztl to arrive by car. Rooms with private bathroom and air conditioner. "House Nubia" is in the San Frediano district... "the coolest neighborhood of the world" (by Lonely Planet). Ponte vecchio is located just 10 minutes on foot from our home. Luggage storage and car parking are also permitted before check-in time.
