Our charming beach home is situated in an exclusive and peaceful seaside neighborhood surrounded by beautiful homes and gardens, walking distance from the sea. Due to the elevated situation of the home, you will enjoy the pleasant sea breeze and beautiful views from your private garden with BBQ and pool. The home has been tastefully designed with new furniture and decoration. High speed internet. Although shops and restaurants are a 5 min drive away, the area feels peaceful and secluded.

La casa dispone de garaje privado, en el cual bajo techo puede dejarse un vehículo, más otros dos vehículos más dentro del patio. La piscina pertenece a la comunidad de propietarios, está a unos 200 metros de la casa.
