Capo d'Orlando, famosa per il mare e le sue spiagge, è raggiungibile in soli 20 min. Le uscite autostradaIi di Rocca di Caprileone e S.Agata Militello sono a 15 minuti da noi. L'affaccio dal nostro terrazzo è una meraviglia! Sono visibili più di 90 km di costa: da Cefalù a Capo d'Orlando, incluse le Isole Eolie.

Balcone Crimaldi è un'abitazione tipica del centro storico. Grazie alla forma conica del paese, si può scorgere da ogni angolo una vista a strapiombo sui tetti antichi e sulla costa. La casa è circondata dalle originarie scale di marmo, che costituiscono ancora oggi le vie pubbliche del centro. Nessun pianerottolo è sullo stesso livello degli altri, così da ogni finestra si ha una vista unica sul mare e sulle Isole. La nostra casetta ha una lunghissima storia, oggi è un rifugio per viaggiatori.

Nel corpo centrale della nostra fattoria, l'appartamento "sul frantoio" è ricavato al primo piano dell'antico edificio che un tempo ospitava il frantoio delle olive. Vi si accede tramite una antica scala esterna. Dalla sua posizione elevata si gode una splendida vista della campagna circostante e del mare con all'orizzonte le isole di Alicudi e Filicudi. Gli ospiti possono passeggiare nel terreni della fattoria, visitare il pollaio, gli asini, gli orti e fare una bagno rilassante nella piscina.
