Antico Fiore is all furnished in old Venetian style, a small family-run guest house that will surprise you for elegance and friendliness. It is located in the center of Venice near Accademia, a 10-minute walk from Piazza San Marco and Rialto, the quartier is the main zone of touristic interest, still we are in a very private and quite zone. Its' very easy to reach by foot or taking the public transportation.

Spacious room of 16 square metres with one double bed and bathroom with shower, located on the second attic floor. The exposed beams of the attic make it particularly beautiful and charming. Equipped with independent air conditioning / heating, Wi-Fi, flat screen television, safe, refrigerator, “Nespresso” coffee machine, towels, hair driers, courtesy kit with natural and eco-friendly products and slippers. There are no daily breakfast and rearrangement services. Air conditioning active only in the summer period, as required by Italian regulations.

LEGRENZI ROOMS si trova nel pieno centro di Mestre nella zona pedonale. Nelle immediate vicinanze (metri 30) si trova il Museo M9 il museo multimediale e digitale, inoltre nella piazzetta sono presenti vari locali quali bar per l'aperitivo, e ristoranti hamburger, pesce e cucina tipica, a 150 metri c'è un supermarket aperto 7 giorni su 7 e la fermata del Bus per Venezia dista solamente 100 metri. A pochi metri è presente un cinema multisala IMG e il Teatro Toniolo oltre al centro Candiani

La Camera XVIII si trova alla fine del corridoio; per accedervi è necessario percorrere una breve rampa di scale. Ha una superficie di circa 14 mq ed è caratterizzata da spazi compatti e ben organizzati. La stanza è illuminata da una finestra tonda, che segue il profilo del rosone visibile sulla facciata, riconducibile al periodo gotico, con affaccio sul cortile interno. Il bagno è interno, rifinito in marmo con finestra tonda.
