L’appartamento è composto da un ampio salone d’ingresso, un’ampia sala da pranzo,un luminoso salone con poggiolo e splendida vista sul canale, bellissima terrazza con vista sul canale. Spaziosa cucina accessoriata, tre camere matrimoniali con aria condizionata, due ampi bagni E’ stato sede di esposizioni di Biennale e set di film. Non c’è l’ascensore

Appartamento di lusso nel cuore di Venezia, solo 8 minuti a piedi da Piazza San Marco e 5 minuti da Rialto. Una settimana prima dell'arrivo verrà richiesto il documento di un ospite, il pagamento delle spese di pulizia (50€ per il gruppo) e della tassa di soggiorno. I vostri dati saranno condivisi solo con Polizia e Comune. A Venezia gli ascensori sono rari: ci sono circa 50 gradini, ma poco ripidi.
