Its location is in close proximity to a Golf Course - 2 mins drive, makes it a perfect stop for golfers. One of the best Ski slopes in Bansko is at short 15 min drive from the resort, there is also a daily shuttle to the Gondola for the price of 10lv per person per day.

A nice house with a private backyard and parking, modern furniture and a barbeque, located near Aquaclub Kotvata, many restaurants and shops. The hotsprings are near. The neighbourhood is quiet. The house is suited in a great location for climbing the Seven Rila lakes, visiting Panichishte and Rilla Monastery. The distance between Sofia airport and the villa is a 90 minute drive by car.
