Die neu gebaute familienfreundliche Villa mit Pool liegt direkt im alten, typisch griechischen Fischerstädtchen Methoni, das mit seiner ins Meer ragenden mittelalterlichen Festung auch historisch Sehenswertes zu bieten hat. Methoni befindet sich am südwestlichen Ende des Peloponnes, nur wenige Kilometer von der lebendigen Hafenstadt Pylos und der boomenden Golfregion rund um Navarino entfernt. Abenteuerlustige und Partytiger werden auch in der benachbarten Surferdestination Finikounda fündig.

Es ist ein grundrenoviertes Steinhaus, im ursprünglichen Stil in diesem authentischen Ort. Pattere ist ein Studio/Loft als offener heller Raum mit kleiner Küche eingerichtet. 500 m zu Fuß zum Strand und 25 Min. mit dem Auto zum nächsten Golfplatz. __ Gebaut 2019, neue Klimaanlage 2023

A small stone house amidst olive trees situated in a large private property with amazing sea view where guests can find peace and quietness. The house is of walking distance to a beautiful sea and to the village where our guests can enjoy both the crystal clear beaches and the various restaurants, coffee shops and events . While staying with us they will be able to also enjoy some of our organic fruits and vegetables, home made goat cheese, fresh eggs, olive oil and olives.

Welcome to Yiayia's Apartment—our cozy family home just 2 minutes from Methoni Castle and 3 from the beach. Built in 1963 and renovated in 2025, it’s full of light, sea breeze, and simple charm. Perfect for couples, solo travelers, families, or remote workers. Enjoy Greek charm, a lovely verandah, comfy beds and an easy walk to cafés, tavernas, and the main square. Come relax, explore, and enjoy a real slice of Greek village life—just like our yiayia did.
