The unit was spotless and Deborah responded within seconds with any questions or information we needed for our stay. There was even bowls and mat for our dog. I would definitely book this unit again.

Our family of 5 loved Akira's place. It felt very private as the store below is very low traffic. The beach access right across the street was perfect for us and the cooler, chairs and umbrella in the unit were a great to have! Short walk to many restaurants and a trolly stop right across the street made getting around easy. We had a great time!

Was very clean, could use a few upgrades. They didn’t have any extra fans like it said which would help with the heat and outside noise to sleep at night. Overall it was a great location and it was clean on the inside. I do wish they would have a better lock to the upstairs door.

Nothing beats waking up and walking to the beach within 3 minutes. We really enjoyed all the beach amenities provided for our use. It made our trip so easy! Although the area is still cleaning up after the hurricane, it is heartwarming to watching this beautiful community come together. Very friendly neighbors, everyone always greeted us with a, "Good morning!" Thank you for making our trip stress-free for my husband's birthday. We have a soft spot for Manasota Key now, and can't wait to come back!

This place is magical. A few steps away form the beach. Having coffee on the patio, facing the internal courtyard and hearing the sound of the fountain was pure bliss! Beds are super comfortable and the decor of the house is lovely.

Dana was an amazing host. The space was beautiful and magical. We can’t wait to return again. Thank you for everything.

We had a great time, Home was very nice and spacious, beach right in front of the house, sunsets were beautiful, beds were very comfortable they had everything that we needed, would definitely stay there again no problems Thanks again Alan and Susan Mohn

We loved this space! Super close to a gorgeous beach and check in and out was a breeze. We were so comfortable and all the neighbors were friendly. The hosts were nice and very responsive. Highly recommend for a beach getaway!

Great place to stay has everything you need for a beach holiday the apartment was immaculately clean very well presented the location is first class just a short stroll to the beach and some good bars and restaurants close by Rina was a great host - good communications very responsive and helpful certainly made check in easy and assisted with the car parking for us, the welcome pack was very much appreciated. We would highly recommend for a stay in St Pete

Everything that David described was up to expectations. The location was perfect near everything we wanted to do and lots of great restaurants. The only down side was the small shower, but it was clean. The beach access was a plus. We felt like we had this place to ourselves, we were able to have the pool to ourselves on 2 separate occasions. We were able to walk to nearby restaurants and the excursions we planned for. The grill was a nice touch although we didn’t notice it till our last day. So if you plan to stay here, here’s a little heads up!! We give this place a 5 star rating overall and will plan to stay here again in the future.

We had the most wonderful 5 days here. House and pool were amazing. Heated outdoor shower was great for after the beach. Beach is less than a 5minute walk away. We walked there several times at sunset and got beautiful photos. restaurants and shopping near by. we will definitely be back!

There was four of us who went on this trip. We had a WONDERFUL TIME. We loved our condo and the location. We went e-bike riding, Kyacking, Boating, Jet Sking and Comedy Clubs. We had dinners galore! And everthing was so close to our condo. I would sugest this place to anyone! We had a blast! But more importantly, Dave took great care of us! He checked in on us to make sure we were okay. And even bought or group a bottle of Tiquilla! He was so nice. The condo was beautiful and has absolutely everything you could possibly need on a trip. We plan to stay there again in the future. I really cant say enough about this place. We had a great time.

This house was perfect for our spring break mother daughter trip. The morning sunrise over the bay with a Nespresso coffee on the deck couldn’t be beat! The walk to the beach is so quick and easy and it was nice to be able to use the lounge chairs and bar/food service at Caddy’s. The sunsets from the beach are amazing. The house was clean and beds were comfortable. It was nice having three bathrooms and a beautiful kitchen. There is a bedroom on the main floor for guests who may have issues going up the spiral staircase with luggage. Priscilla was so friendly, accommodating and very quick to respond.

Cheri’s bungalow was perfect! Clean, clean, clean and simply detailed. Just perfect for the two of us. We walked straight across the street every morning for walks and beach time. Easy peasy! There are a number of upscale, delicious restaurants all within a stones throw. Each morning we also walked north the 2 miles ( on the beach! ) to SIPS coffee shop. Absolutely our favorite part of the day! Delicious and friendly w/ outdoor seating on the canal. One note, there is a cute Kerig alone for coffee just for your planning ahead. ☺️ We will definitely stay again should we be on Longboat Key!! Not sure? Just go! You’ll be glad you did!

We had a wonderful time… It was a great place for just the 2 of us! The convenience to the beach was hands down a fantastic experience. There was a lot of foot traffic at particular times of the day, yet you always feel safe & still private somehow. Of course, we were not there to spend time inside anyway! To say the least, the location is fantastic…rent it, you won’t be sorry! We’d definitely stay again!

Our family had an incredible vacation. This location in Florida is amazing, so peaceful, quiet and authentic.

My son and I had an unforgettable week filled with fishing, boating—and yes, even more fishing! Justin’s rental was the perfect home base for all of our adventures in the St. Petersburg area. The location couldn’t have been better—close to the water, with easy access to everything we needed. Justin was an outstanding host: responsive, thoughtful, and quick to help with anything. When we had a minor issue with a blocked water line, he had it resolved in no time. You can tell he really cares about his guests’ experience. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, convenience, and a host who goes above and beyond, look no further. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a great stay at Lisa's place! We visited Gulfport last year and loved it so much we came back. The neighbourhood is so warm and friendly. It is the perfect combination of being vibrant with activity during the day and peacefully quiet at night. Lisa's property itself is delightful! Charming decor with comfortable couches and beds. The ceiling fans were great for ventilation with open windows, which were great for getting fresh air while we slept. The walls are thick enough that while you can occasionally hear that there are other occupants in the other units, it's not loud enough to be bothersome. The backyard was a beautiful place to just sit and relax and enjoy the view or read a book, with plenty of options for sun or shade, whatever you feel like!

Our stay at Linda's was fantastic. The house is very spacious. The bedrooms and large and the beds are super comfortable. Everything was clean and fully stocked with all the necessities from extra towels, beach chairs and beach accessories. The view is unforgettable. Everything you need is there. Groceries and restaurants are an easy drive. Linda was responsive and lovely to speak with. My favorite Manasota key rental yet!
