Cozy & private studio 1.5 miles from Siesta Key Beach with a saltwater pool, hot tub, outdoor TV, and several peaceful spots to lounge, read, or work outside. The space is bright and modern with a king bed , fast Wi-Fi, and full streaming including Prime. We have separate entrances; I live in the main home and work long hours from home, so encounters are not often. Guests often feel like they have the place to themselves. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, walkable, and close to everything.

City Garden Cottage is a cozy and comfortable cottage located in the quiet Laurel Park neighborhood in Sarasota, only a few blocks from downtown. The studio is surrounded by lush gardens and trees with a Hot Tub (open Oct-June). Inside, you will find a kitchenette equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, and hot plate. The studio also has a flat-screen TV, a queen bed & private bathroom. There is also shared use a gas grill, fire pit and Hot Tub included with the rental.

Free wifi and a 50 inch tv facing the bed. 2 minutes away from the air port, 10 minutes away from IMG Academy , 30 minutes from Anna Maria Island and siesta key .
