Villa Konstantina is a mansion of the modern era in a dynamic Italian line but also a discreet aristocratic finesse. It can accommodate up to 14-16 people. Our cosy bell tent is nested in between our olive trees, and is equipped with a double bed with soft bedding and linens, a clothes-hanger, electricity, lights, fridge, a fan for the hot days and private bathroom just in front with amenities and hot water. At the front there is a private area with a couple of chairs and a daybed or a hammock for a lazy afternoon siesta or relaxing evening while enjoying a chilled beer and listening to the sound of waves.

A touch of nature

The house is idyllically situated in an 1100 metre olive grove,approximately 150 metres from Megalopotami village and 750 from the sea. An odor of Mediterranean exrtaordinaryscrub , the chanting of the cicadas. It is a two bedroom detached house with a wonderful view of the sea and the surrounding landscape. There is a delightful grill for barbecues. Special advantage: three times a week delivery of freshly baked bread from the local bakery.

My stone farmhouse is surrounded by 11 acres of orange trees,lemon trees and much more trees which fruits you can taste. The backyard under the giant mulberry among with the old well relaxes and takes you back in time and makes you feel part of nature .The cottage is located in the fields of Leonidio(2.5km from center & 600meters from sea),against the red rock/cliffs you will be climbing.

The house is located on the outskirts of Nafplio. It is surrounded by a wonderful garden full of olive and orange trees and various plants, parking space for the guests, beautiful view from the 30 m2 veranda and from every window at the house.
