This state of the art, family friendly house of two bedrooms, is “sur-mesure” furnished, with furniture custom crafted, by a local artisan. The perfect place to restore and rejuvenate.

The apartment is part of a residence complex of 6 apartments and is located in the settlement of Agios Nikolaos. It’s the middle right apartment. There is a cozy living room equipped with a smart TV and an air conditioner. There is also a fully equipped kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The visitors can enjoy the view from the balcony. You can access the central square of the village by foot in three minutes,where you can find all kinds of shops.

You will enjoy the view of Olympus mountain, the sea and the sunset! A super comfy bed, a cozy sofa bed for two, a beautifully designed space with a jacuzzi, a huge balcony, an amazing garden and barbecue, safe parking, are some of the amenities. Epanomi is very closed to Thessaliniki and Makedonia airport!

Το λοφτ βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της πόλης και απέχει λιγότερο από 10 λεπτά από το αεροδρόμιο και πολλά εμπορικά κέντρα. Σε 3΄ λεπτά με τα πόδια είστε την πλατεία της πόλης και σε 10' στο φράγμα της Θέρμης. Στην Χαλκιδική φτάνετε σε 30 λεπτά. Διαθέτει internet 200mbs.
