Di nuovissima costruzione, con piscina ad uso esclusivo, si trova a quattro passi dalla spiaggia di Budoni. Ha un'accogliente zona soggiorno con cucina separata, una camera da letto matrimoniale con bagno, una camera con letti singoli ed un altro bagno. E' circondata da un ampio giardino, la veranda coperta si affaccia sulla grande piscina . La sera giardino e piscina sono completamente illuminati per godere fino a notte di tutti i servizi della villa. Ha WiFi gratuito e aria condizionata.

Outside we find a veranda, terrace with sea view, outdoor shower, gas barbecue. Parking space inside the property for 1 car. Wi-Fi at 50 Mbps. Pets not allowed.

Olbia, natura e spiagge libere, 80 mt. dal mare

Passeggia a due minuti dalla casa con i piedi nell’acqua: spiagge e scogliere una dopo l’altra con vista incredibile sulle isole. Appartamento con vista mozzafiato sull’isola di Tavolara immerso nella natura e nella quiete. A 15 min da Olbia aeroporto e porto. Raggiungi a piedi spiagge libere e attrezzate e il porticciolo con bar e ristorante. (Non adatto a bimbi sotto i 5 anni). Helle Schlafzimmer mit Sonnenaufgang, eine großzügige Terrasse und eine überdachte Außenküche sorgen für pure Entspannung und volle Privatsphäre.
